The ground floor of this property offers a 35 sq mtr lounge room with beautiful views of gardens with pond and waterfalls, the sitting room is furnished to an extremely high standard, with wool carpeting throughout and large designer sofas and cosy lighting,the lounge room also has a large feature Coach-House fireplace. The sitting room has a large 42 inch plasma tv ,video,dvd,freeview and wi-fi.Use of mobile telephone for your stay.

The kitchen is fully fitted out with oak units and is complimented with a full range of kitchen equipment,all crockery and kitchen utensils are provided and are new and of a very high quality .The kitchen has an electric hob -oven and is fully fitted out with ; micro-wave ,fridge-freezer,washer-drier,dish-washer ,etc we even have a food processor for your convenience!

A luxurious retreat with a romantic walled garden with pond and small water-falls, plentiful widlife in garden including our resident squirrel Samuel who feeds in our garden daily. There is also a Great Blue Heron who visits the pool in search of fish ,it is huge , quite a sight to see ! There is a terrace area with barbecue ,patio-set and a smoking shelter . The front of the property has private off road parking for 3 vehicles with beautiful surrounding gardens.

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is asked to secure your reservation, please e-mail for a booking form which will be sent to you .There is a £200 cash deposit which is required to be lodged with the holiday home owner along with the balance of the rental fee four weeks prior to the letting , this will be returned to you within one week of your departure day,providing the property is left in a clean ,undamaged and tidy condition. The property is only for the use of the persons whom the holiday home owners agree to at time of booking, please ask for the booking conditions to be sent to you ,explaining our terms and conditions when booking.
