The South Ayrshire region
Ayrshire is the home of lovely sandy beaches, amazing scenery and an extensive range of entertainment options. Ayr has lots of lovely shops, a cobbled pedestrian area and a cinema. Nearby Culzean Castle is definitely worth a visit.
Tourists love to visit the coastal town of Ayr for the wide range of activities on offer. Take a leisurely walk along the beach, spend an afternoon fishing in the River Doon or book a round of golf at one of the top quality courses in the area. Whatever your age or interests, there is something to keep you entertained during your stay. Learn about the town's most famous son, Robert Burns, at the recently redeveloped Burns Heritage Museum. Take the children to Heads of Ayr Farm Park for a great family day out. Facilities for tennis, swimming, biking and horse riding are all nearby.
Ayr Racecourse, home of the Scottish Grand National and the Ayr Gold Cup, is another great day out. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants, bars and night life. We can make personal recommendations and help you make all the arrangements and bookings you need to ensure you have a memorable stay in Ayr.

We were very disappointed to receive this review. The house had been cleaned to its usual high standard before the guest arrived. We are unable to respond to specific issues as the guest did not take photographs to show us. As soon as we learned of her concerns, we attended the house, apologised profusely and offered a £50 gift card for a local restaurant as an apology. She refused this and asked for more money. We offered her £100 cash compensation, which she accepted. Before she vacated the house, she left a soiled nappy in every room. We would like to assure all future guests that the house is cleaned thoroughly before each new group arrives.
