The Chiltern Brewery Cottage is an attractive barn conversion providing light and airy accommodation and rurally located in the heart of the Chiltern Hills - an area of outstanding natural beauty. The cottage - as its name suggests - is located within the grounds of the family run Chiltern Brewery. Brewery tours and Chiltern beers are sold at a small shop in the brewery.
The surrounding countryside provides a peaceful haven and retreat from the hustle and bustle of town life, and yet despite this rural seclusion the historic market town of Wendover with its varied selection of cafes, restaurants and gift shops is only two miles away.
Chiltern Brewery Cottage equipped to a high standard with singles or couples in mind. The property is centrally heated, and every appliance for a self-contained stay is provided in these comfortable surroundings for a practical and enjoyable let. A telephone can be requested in advance for longer term lets.
This one storey ground floor property has a double bedroom with a six-foot double bed that can be separated into twin beds (used as a double bed it is securely linked and zipped). A television point is also available for tenants use in the bedroom for those with a portable television. The open plan living space including a kitchen area and a sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker and hob, a fan assisted cooker hood, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, and a dishwasher. A breakfast bar with stools provides seating for two people. The sitting area has a comfortable suite including a three-seater sofa, a coffee table, and a television offering terrestrial and satellite viewing, and a video player.
Chiltern Brewery Cottage has a small terrace with a garden table and chairs that benefits from views overlooking the surrounding countryside. Ample off-road parking is available for tenant`s use.

A lively market town, Aylesbury is rich in history and is well known for the award winning Roald Dahl children’s gallery, the Guttemann Sports Centre and the world famous Stoke Mandeville Hospital.
The cobbled market square is home to the local market which has been running since the 13th Century and is surrounded by more modern shops, cafes and restaurants. Market days are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Aylesbury is a good base for exploring the surrounding towns and villages and good train links will get you to London and Milton Keynes quickly and easily.

Bookings will be confirmed only on receipt of a deposit of one third of the total rental, (or if the booking is made within eight weeks of the commencement of the holiday, the full rental.)
A booking fee of £20.00 (£17.02 plus VAT £2.98) per property is required for bookings up to 4 weeks, for bookings of 4-12 weeks £45 (£38.30 plus vat £6.70) and bookings of 12 weeks or more a booking fee of £75 (£63.83 plus VAT £11.17) per property is required with the rental.
A damage deposit of £100 is payable for bookings up to 4 weeks long, and one week’s rental for bookings over 4 weeks. The deposit is fully refundable after the cleaners have inspected the property and any telephone bills have been itemised (if applicable).
