Ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday. This villa is in a small cul de sac away from noise from roads... yet with a short walk you will be at many amenities. Plus sea views and overlooking fields.

If you have children it is great, as there is a lot of space both back and front of the villa, plus a private pool and it is away from the main roads and yet close enough to beaches, bars and restaurants. Close by there is the water park, aquarium, mini golf and much more for entertainment.

The villa is furnished with a warm feeling to it, with warm colours brought in through pictures and accessories keeping the holiday spirit going. If that isnt enough, there is also a safe deposit box, plenty of books, sun beds for everyone and games to keep the family entertained.

Villa also ideal for those with special requirements. Downstairs there is a sofa bed, ramp access to the villa, wet room / shower downstairs with toilet and sink and there is also grab bars and shower chair downstairs as well.

In addition to this, many items can be hired such as pool hoists, electric wheel chairs, electronic scooters, wheel chair accessible transfers to and from the airport. So everyone can enjoy every moment of the holiday.

The Famagusta District

A country ideal for those sun kissed sun tans, with beautifully hot sunny days... Cyprus is known as the island of love and boast so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unraveled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never seas to amaze.

The traditional language is Cypriot although most people speak English as well. If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. They sit and watch the world go by and you won’t be able to stop and look in amazement.

Ayia Triada area

Ayia Triada is a small area under the Protaras umbrella, it is situated between Protaras / Pernera and Kapparis. Ayia Triada was a small fishing village, now home to many and holiday resort for many others.

The area is built around the Ayia Triada beach, which is where it takes its name. The beach is sandy and is overlooked by Ayia Triada Church, a traditional church very quaint and relaxing surrounded by palm trees. There is also a small harbor here, with traditional blue and white fishing boats adding to the scenery.

Next to Ayia Triada is Kapparis, with plenty of bars and restaurants, there is an Italian, lots of Greek / Cypriot taverns, a Tea room, wine lounge / bar, bakery with lots of traditional finger bits, plus close by is Orphanides a large supermarket for any necessities. The villa is close to Kapparis and Paralimni is a very short car ride away, with lots of character and culture and plenty of cafes to watch the world go by. Protaras is only about a 5 minute drive away for lots of excitements, and Ayia Napa only a 15minute drive.

How to get there

There are two main airports in Cyprus, Paphos and Larnaca. When you book flights Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa.

Great airlines for cheap prices are www.skyscanner.net or www.flythomascook.com. Other cheap airlines are www.flymonarch.com. Fly monarch have summer sales now for next years tickets, there are tickets for under 100pounds... Euro Cyp holidays are a company based in London, they are also good for flights and the number is 0208 802 7255 .

It can sometimes work out more cost effective (if flying from UK) to fly from Heathrow and the flights are scheduled so you are less likely to get delays to ruin your holidays. Plus book in advance, if possible before the end of the year, the tickets are much cheaper.

Starting in the bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and two bedside tables, dressing table and mirror, plus built in wardrobes and a selection of books for night time reading. The twin room, has two beds and bedside table with built in wardrobes and extra Chester draws.

The downstairs area consists of a dining table and chairs overlooking the pool area, comfortable sofas and chairs around the coffee table and television area, again with patio doors behind overlooking fields. There is plenty of entertainment, with dvd's, games console, satellite, books and backgammon board with chess...The kitchen has everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday.

There is also a downstairs wet room / shower room and toilet. The shower area also has a seat and grab bars so it is ideal for those who should need extra support. The sofa also turns in to a sofa bed... Upstairs there is a main bathroom with plenty of space, consisting of bath and shower combined as well as a toilet.

Further details outdoors:
Behind the villa there are plenty of fields and of course there is the Private pool area. The private pool is cleaned twice per week and is great for lazy days. There are plenty of sun beds for each guest and a table and chairs with umbrella for lunch times around the pool.

There is also a private drive way.
