Lovingly furnished in soft shades of beige, cream and gold, the owners have managed to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
A spacious lounge room consisting of a three piece lounge suite, a flat screen TV with Satellite offering English speaking channels for films, series and music; DVD, X Box and CD player are also provided for entertainment.
The open-plan dining and kitchen areas are light and airy; the oak kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The wooden dining table with 6 matching chairs offers comfortable seating. Just off the dining area, a shower room is situated with WC and basin for convenience.
First Floor:
Two bedrooms consist of twin beds, bedside tables and floor to ceiling wardrobes. The master bedroom accommodates a double bed with a dressing table, bed side tables, floor to ceiling wardrobes and an accompanying balcony, which overlooks the private swimming pool and offers a view of the nearby field.
The family bathroom situated next to the master bedroom and consists of a bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.
Air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa.

Ayia Triada area
The Villa is situated in a lovely quite area between Kapparis- Ayia Triada and Pernera, just off the road, which is alternately dotted with Pampas grass and Glimpses of the Beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
A five minute ride and you will come to the holiday resort of Pernera offering some pubs, restaurants and many small beaches dotted around the coastline. If you continue on a further 5 minute ride, you will arrive at the bustling town of Protaras, home to the well renowned Fig Tree Bay with its beautiful sandy stretch of beach and crystal aqua blue waters. Here you will find an abundant variety of cuisines, pubs and nightlife to keep you entertained. A five minute ride in the other direction, will take you into the large and modern municipal town of Paralimni where you can experience a great day out shopping at one of the many boutiques or sipping a frappae' at one of the local cafe's. Paralimni is also where you can do all your grocery shopping at one of the two local supermarkets.
Ayia Napa renowned for its late nightlife of clubs, restaurants and pubs is only a 15 minute drive away.
