Home description

Contemporary open plan living/kitchen area withfridge freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, microwave, table and chairs both inside and on the balcony which overlooks the pool. The bedroom has two single beds with ample storage and the lounge boasts two large leather sofas one of which converts to a double bed. The property is air conditioned throughout and this converts to heating in the winter time. Situated in central Ayia Napa you are never too far from shops, restaurants, pubs, clubs and the beach and buzzing harbour are but a stroll away. This is truly one of the best locations you could seek!

The Famagusta District

Famagusta has some of the best beaches in Cyprus which includes the very famous Nissi beach in aiya napa.The climate is perfect for a winter break,as it has all year round sun. Othello's tower and citadel which guards the harbour in Famagusta is a must see. Shakespere chose Famagusta as the setting for his play 'Othello'. Famagusta is in fact two towns rolled into one, the ancient walled town and the modern town of Vorosha. It is a MUST see.

Ayia Napa area

The waterworld waterpark is excellent for children and adults alike and is very close to the apartment. The harbour which is a ten minutes walk away is dotted with fine restaurants enabling you to soak up the atmosphere as you dine. The famous Nissi beach is a ten minute drive away and golfing is available in Larnaca. the famous square is but a walk away and there is a supermarket just a minutes walk away from the apartment.

To rent the apartment you are required to be over eighteen years of age. A deposit of 25% is payable on booking along with a 150 sterling pounds which acts as a breakage deposit. This is repaid directly once a check of the apartment is carried out by our agent in Cyprus and an inventory check is completed. The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your departure.
