Oceanblue is the perfect place to unwind and relax.
Its tastefully designed and fitted out as a luxury home from home with designer furniture and accessories throughout. The spacious sitting room and dining areas provides plenty of space for eight guests. Entertainment includes high quality international cable TV and local satellite TV , Playstation 3 console with a variety of games and a Nintendo Wii and Wii fit games. There is also a HiFi sound system providing music inside and outside the villa via either an IPod dock or extensive music library. The sound system also provides internet radio.
The villa includes wireless internet access and a local mobile phone for your use during your stay.
Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom which includes its own TD/DVD player and Playstation 2 console.
The spacious kitchen is generously equipped and well stocked with a wide range of crockery and glasses.
On the first floor are three spacious en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has spectacular garden and sea views and a large terrace which shares the same views. Room safes and hair dryers are provided in both double bedrooms. The third 1st floor bedroom is another twin room and includes a TV'DVD player.
All bedrooms have generous fitted wardrobes.

Oceanblue is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of shoreline in Cyprus, near to the picturesque fishing harbour of Potamos and local beaches. It’s in a peaceful setting on the sea front, but less than two minutes drive to Agia Napa Water Park, five minutes to Nissi Beach and ten minutes to the centre of Agia Napa where you can enjoy the extensive night life and a few minutes more to Protoras and Paralimni. The nearest airport is Larnaka which is only a thirty minutes drive.
The large landscaped garden runs directly to the sea with magnificent south facing views across the Mediterranean. There is a large 10 meters + x 4 meters heated pool and very large sun deck with space to spread out, which is in full sun virtually all day. Next to the pool is a large terrace providing an outdoor dining table for eight and comfy settees which are the perfect place to relax by the pool in the day or evening.
At night - particularly when there is a full moon over the ocean - the garden is magical. The villa is perfect for relaxing or entertaining with your friends and at night the BBQ bar comes into its own. It includes a gas BBQ and a beautifully finished granite bar which is the perfect place for alfresco meals and drinks.
The development of Ionion, where Oceanblue is located, has become a local oasis. The front line villas are privately owned and occupied and the neighbors have created a friendly community have lavished care and attention on their properties and the local area.
The immediate area is quite beautiful with the villas very close to the sea and the sea itself very sheltered and ideal for snorkeling and fishing. The Potamos creek and fishing shelter is unique providing a base for scores of traditional fishing boats and a good fish restaurant. The villa faces south so is blessed with full sun all day and the silvery reflection of the moon on the water many nights is quite breathtaking.
There is a beach next to the villa but the shoreline is of gently shelving flat rocks and ideal for swimming or snorkeling. You will find some snorkeling equipment in the villa for your use and also two bicycles for exploring the local area.

The rental prices quoted are inclusive of everything apart from Cots and High chairs which can be arranged at a small additional daily cost. The minimum booking period is generally one week. Discounts are available for advanced bookings, long term bookings and last minute bookings.
Conditions
We ask that guests do not smoke inside the villa but smoking is permitted outside.
The Famagusta region
Famagusta is the islands most popular tourist area providing the finest beaches on the island - the most popular being Nissi Beach at Agia Napa and Fig Tree Bay in Protoras and some of the best weather. Generally the weather through most of the year is fantastic but this part of the island being well away from any mountains is virtually cloudless through most of the summer.
Apart from the larger beaches there are scores of smaller beaches and no shortage of other activities and entertainments. Cyprus of course has many historic and cultural sites, beautiful villages and a mountainous area high enough to provide winter skiing.
Activities available in this area include every variety of water sports including Scuba diving, plus walking, cycling and horse riding etc. If you stayed in this area for two or three months you could visit a different restaurant every night and there is evening entertainment to suit all tastes.
The Ayia Napa / Potamos area
Potamos is a well known fishing harbour with a popular fish restaurant and a beach popular with Cypriots in the summer. It is close to all of the facilities of Agia Napa and Protoras but being on the Larnaka side of Agia Napa it is very convenient for the airport and for visiting other parts of the island such as Trudos or Nicossea.
There is a small convenience store within walking distance of the villa and there are larger supermarkets on the road to Agia Napa. Just two minutes on the road to Agia Napa you come to Waterworld which is the largest water park in Cyprus and shortly after this (about five minutes from the villa) Nissi Beach. There are other beaches and water sports even closer at Agia Thekla.
Agia Napa itself probably needs no introduction. It is said that it never sleeps with its Karaoke bars and clubs around the Square and down near the shore the Luna Park funfair. But apart from this it has important historic sites such as a beautiful monastery, museums and a popular harbour and restaurant area. The harbour is also the base for local boat trips.
Just beyond Agia Napa is the scenic conservation area of Cape Greco with its famous sea caves popular with divers and the picturesque beach at Konos Bay.
Beyond this you are then in Protoras which is another lively tourist area with a popular beach and its own wide choice of bars and restaurants.
Apart from tourist restaurants there are plenty of very good local tavernas within a short drive from the villa which serve the best local food and which are open thought the year at Potamos, Liopetri, Sotira, Paralimni, Kapparis and Protoras.

From Larnaka airport follow the mortowat ro Agia Napa and exit just before agia Napa, signposted Potamos. The villa is two minutes from this exit.
With the new terminal at Larnaka airport due to open soon more airlines than ever are flying to Cyprus and many of them throughout the year.
To make the most of the area you should hire a car from the airport which is easy to arrange and hire rates in Cyprus are very low.

Payment is accepted in Euros or Sterling and we can accept payment by bank transfer and major credit or debit cards.
Discounts are available for bookings of two weeks or more and for early bookings.
The rental rates are inclusive of laundry, cleaning and all facilities. The prices are fully inclusive of air conditioning etc. subject to reasonable usage and pool heating cam be provided if required (usually only between October and April) at additional cost. We can provide cots and high chairs on request at a small additional cost of 35 Euros per week.
Bookings of 5 days are available where gaps in the calendar do not allow for a full week's booking and late bookings of less than 5 days may be available, in which case bookings of 1- 2 days will be subject to an additional charge equivalent to one extra day and bookings of 3-4 days and additional charge equivalent to half a day.
The villa is suitable for families including children but please be aware that we do not accept bookings for any other groups under the age of 25 or single sex groups and all bookings are subject to our terms and conditions.
