Ayia Napa has over the last couple of years developed into a cosmopolitan resort with an array of colourful bars, restaurants and shops, ideal for couples and more recently for families with the Waterpark close by. Ayia Napa is full of history and tradition, making it impossible for visitors not to find something that will interest them. A great deal of money has been invested over the past few years in a major programme to revitalise the area, and ongoing work on the local airport in Lanarca which will soon see more budget airlines flying in there. There are plenty of restaurants and bars for those who prefer a more lively holiday and plenty of water sports close by. Ayia Napa has something for all ages and once you've been here you are certain to return.

The Famagusta District
Ayia Napa is within the Famagusta Dsitrict and has long been a popular area for visitors all over Europe. It has a number of lovely beaches, Nissi Beach which is a hop skip and a jump from the apartment or if you fancy a change Fig Tree Bay which is closer to Protaras another popular hotspot only 15 minutes away in a taxi and recently voted one of the best beaches on the Med!
If you fancy going away for the day Paralimni is also only a short distance away, full of restaurants and the main shopping area if that is what takes your fancy, Paralimni also has a beautiful lake which is how it got is name as Paralimni means "next to the lake". You will never be short of sunshine all year round with temperatures between 25 and 40 degrees over the peak season months from May until October.
Ayia Napa / Nissi Beach area
No longer just a place for the young and lively, Ayia Napa has reinvented itself in recent years to become a family friendly resort, it has a water park just a bus ride away from the apartment, plenty of water sports at Nissi Beach and also a lovely harbour with fresh seafood served daily. Visit the old cathedral and monastery on a day out and experience the history of the Island. There are also scheduled visits over to Egypt on a daily basis.
Take a ride on a glass bottomed boat and top up your tan, there is plenty to do for visitors of all ages in this resort and it is a place that should be visited by all at least once to experience it for yourself!!

Larnaca
Most major airlines do have Larnaca in their routes. Some of the airlines are the following : Monarch, BA. , Eurocypria and as of March April 09 Easyjet should be on the list .
We also have made arrangements with the major car hire companies and can arrange the cars to be picked up at the airport or at the apartment and we can also arrange to pick you up and drop you off at the airport ( service payable locally )
As for the route from the airport , it will be a straight motorway route and it normally takes around 45 minutes

Further details indoors: The property is furnished to a high standard with a leather corner suite, double sofa bed, 32inch Samsung Flat screen TV, local satellite which contains a number of movie/music/kids tv channels, a dining table that seat 4 people and an open plan kitchen/diner containing everything you need for a first class self catering holiday. The bedroom has a leather double bed with matching side tables and the bathroom has a luxury bath and shower and is almost fully tiled.
Patio Doors lead both from the lounge and the bedroom, there is a large balcony with both a pool view and a sea view.
The property also has it's own allocated parking space and it's own private storage room on the ground floor and the Block also has a lift for access to the first and second floors.
