Home description
The ground floor comprises an open plan living area with the lounge having leather sofas, cable TV (local not SKY), and DVD player. The large dining table will seat 8. Patio doors lead to the patio which is an ideal place to enjoy a bbq and al fresco dining. The well equipped modern kitchen includes fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher as well as a full complement of crockery and utensils. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
Upstairs the villa has four bedrooms, 2 doubles, and two twins, one having an en suite shower room. All bedrooms are stylishly furnished, all having access to a balcony. There is a large family bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower. A cot can be provided for a small supplement.
The villa is air conditioned and this is included in the price.
Outside the pleasant gardens are very colourful and there is off road parking for 2 vehicles. Sunbeds are provided and outside dining furniture as well as a built-in bbq. The large pool is 5m x 4m with walk in steps. Relax in the hammock in the shade after a hard days sunbathing. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

The Famagusta District
Cyprus is a fantastic holiday destination with a great climate and over 300 days of sunshine a year on average.
Paralimni is he main working town of the region and is open all year round; it even has a small Marks & Spencers and is well worth a visit for a spot of shopping, or stopping for a coffee at one of the cafes and watching the world go by.
Troodos Mountains are certainly worth a visit, especially if you want a cooler day. There are charming villages on the way to the top.
Protaras is a nearby seaside resort with some beautiful beaches including Fig Tree Bay. Water sports are always available here and during the evening there is the Magic Waters attraction or just wander the streets or harbour absorbing all the sights and sounds after enjoying a meal in one of the many restaurants.
Ayia Napa / Kokines area
Ayia Napa has many wonderful beaches with glorious white sand and inviting crystal clear blue waters. Most of the beaches along this stretch of coast offer many water sports including water-skiing, scuba diving and windsurfing.
The old quarter of Ayia Napa has narrow cobbled streets with little shops offering traditional souvenirs of lace, pottery and leather. Ayia Napa has a large variety of restaurants, offering not only Greek cuisine but also a whole host of international dishes. Although Ayia Napa is mainly known for attracting the young and lively, there is something to keep everyone entertained, including go-karting, bowling, mini-golf and a fantastic water park with an ‘Ancient Greece’ theme.
Once a small sleepy fishing village, this part of the island remains the market garden of Cyprus, with the well-known Cyprus spud being a prominent crop!
What was once a small fishing harbour surrounded by a few houses has fast become a popular resort, particularly with families and young people.
How to get there
Larnaca airport is the nearest to the villa and is a 45 minute drive. Paphos airport is approx. 90 minutes away.

Terms of Booking:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the villa with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer into our UK or Cyprus bank account or by debit/credit card via Paypal but this does incur a 3.5% service charge.
A £250 (€350) refundable deposit is required against damages and breakages. This is payable with your final payment and will be refunded in full within in 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
