About the home

Sunrise villa is a large and very spacious property with stunning sea views, located just a 10 minute drive away from the centre of Ayia Napa and less than a 4 minute walk away from the beach !

This brand new accommodation comprises of a fully fitted modern styled kitchen, large lounge / dining area with 2 comfortable leather/suede sofas, 37" plasma television with surround sound and a dvd player, coffee table and dining table with 6 chairs.There are 2 sets of patio doors that lead to the outside area.

The bungalow has marble flooring running throughout the property and has remote air conditioning.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and wonderful sea views. The double bedroom has an en suite shower facilities and W/C. This bedroom also has a set of patio doors that leads off to the outside area. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds.

The main bathroom has a large bath with shower and is finished to a very high standard.

The beautiful outside area comprises of a swimming pool (9x4,complete with lighting and roman steps), a very large tiled patio area with 2 sets of table & chairs, sun loungers and parasols. Perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the sea views !

The Famagusta region

The Famgusta district is rich in history with some gorgeous scenary and beautiful sandy beaches. The area is peaceful and relaxed and due to its history is a great place to visit .The bungalow is only minutes away from sandy beaches and rocky inlets. Ayia Thekla Beach with its beautiful sandy beach has a small island in the middle which you can wade across too! Also close by is a small fishing harbour of Potamos, which has many lovely fish restaurants.

The Ayia Napa / Ayia Thekla area

A thirty minute drive along the motorway from Larnaca airport will take you to Ayia Thekla, which is a small village just to the west of Ayia Napa.

The village itself is set in a lovely, peaceful locality, with a backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea, the area is rapidly gaining favour due to its relaxed nature, yet close proximity to the many amenities of Ayia Napa, Paralimni and Protaras.

A 10 minute drive away lies the bustling region of Ayia Napa which has become very popular for its magnificent night life . Over the years Ayia Napa has developed into a popular holiday resort due to its beautiful crystal clear blue beaches with golden sands and many tourist attractions. A five minute drive away is is one of europe's largest water parks, fun for all the family, and the surrounding area is a must for water sports fans.
