The villa is furnished to good standard. It has sea views over to Nissi Beach, from the balcony. It is a very good villa, which will be in high demand - so book early!!!!!
It is literally 5 minutes walk to the fabulous Nissi Beach and ideal for wedding parties at any of the big hotels in the area, or indeed in Gape Greko area. As well as the large overflow private pool with plenty of outside space around it, and fully fenced in for more privacy, the complex also has a children's pool and another communal pool on site, so choice of three pools, including your own private one.
Built in the heart of cosmopolitan Ayia Napa, the Nissi Golden Sands project is a very thoughtfully designed complex for your every possible need.

Very nice outside area with overflow large private swimming pool, 6 sun loungers and outside table and chairs, barbecue and external shower area also available. Property is fenced all around to more privacy. Sea views from the villa. Extra communal pool area as well.
The Famagusta region
Situated in the Ayia Napa area of Famagusta, close to Protaras and Paralimni. Climate is wonderful most of the year, dropping to around a very pleasant 60 degrees in winter, making it an ideal winter holiday too.
The Nissi Beach area of Ayia Napa is an all year round resort, with many restaurants staying open all through the winter.
The Ayia Napa / Nissi Beach area
This lovely villa is situated in a fabulous location in Ayia Napa, in the popular Nissi Beach area. The water park is within 15 minutes walk, Nissi beach is a mere 5 minutes walk, plus there are lots of lovely sandy bays all along the coast. Water sports are readily available in this area and there are plenty of small sandy beaches all along this coast. There are many shops and restaurants and tavernas with easy walking distance and a car is not necessary for these apartment. Nissi Avenue is served by a regular bus service, taking you directly to Ayia Napa centre or near to Ayia Napa Harbour. Also takes you to Protaras and Paralimni.
Do not miss a visit to the gorgeous Ayia Napa monastery.

We stayed at the Villa Martha unit 23, with my wife daughter and inlaws. The villa was well equiped and worked very well for us . We met up with all off our family in the Nissi Beach area, all the Accomadation was supplied by Teri from Protaras Property group. they did not let us down once with any of the guests and supplied A, one accomadation for all of us. Villa Martha was a home from home with a large pool outside your door, the pool is kept to the highest standard and cleaned and checked every day. The house was secure,and we felt very safe within the small complex of houses. Teri made us feel very much at ease with the booking, and while we where at the property. We were in Ayia Napa for a family wedding and fortunately rented Villa Martha for our stay. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The Villa was extremely well equipped to cope with a large party of guests. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but extremely close to the Nissi Beach Hotels and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We had evening barbeques outside the Villa, the grounds were well kept and the pool was extremely inviting and maintained up to an excellent standard. I would definitely recommend Villa Martha - it would be our intention to rent this Villa again on our next trip to Cyprus. Response: Thanks for the review.
