Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable on cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to scheduled arrival less a £20 administration fee. Cancellations within 6 weeks of arrival will be charged as follows;

6 weeks prior to arrival £50 fee.
5 weeks prior to arrival £75 fee.
4 weeks prior to arrival £100 fee.
Refunds will be not be payable if cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before arrival date. It is therefore advisable to ensure you have adequate travel insurance in the event of unforeseen circumstances.


A management company will be close at hand for any problems that may arise during your stay in the property..

And once that sun sets, enjoy a nice cool brandy sour or ouzo special on the balcony whilst enjoying the views and then head towards the main street of Napa , where you will find an abundance of bars, restaurants , taverns etc surely catering for everybody's tastes .................... there so much you can do before heading back to the peace of the apartment

With an abundance of secluded sandy bays Ayia Napa has recently been named the " sunny and sandy land ". Step away from the main night life area and take a closer look you will discover that Ayia Napa is full of history and tradition, making it impossible for even the fussiest visitor not to find something that will interest them.A great deal of money has been invested over the past few years in a major programme to revitalise the area. The results are amazing!! The entire harbour has been pedestrianised with cafes and fish-tavernas lining the front. A wooden walkway travels the length of the harbour and continues past it. Most major airlines do have Larnaca in their routes.
Some of the airlines are the following : Monarch, BA. , Eurocypria and as of March April 09 Easyjet should be on the list .
We also have made arrangements with the major car hire companies and can arrange the cars to be picked up at the airport or at the apartment and we can also arrange to pick you up and drop you off at the airport ( service payable locally )
As for the route from the airport , it will be a straight motorway route and it normally takes around 45 minutes.

***** Just returned back after a spending a week in this wonderful apartment . The property was of a very high standard and everything was there for us . Had a lovely time and will be booking again for the same time next year. Have already referred this apartment to friends of ours that will be coming out in September....
