Luxurious 3 bedroom villa with private pool and garden located on the edge of Ayia Napa.....imagine waking up and looking out the turquoise sea,strolling down to the sea or just laying on a sunbed by the pool sipping a cold refreshing drink. Ayia Napa is just 3km from the villa so there are plenty of shops, restaurents and bars to try out. If you still have the energy there are many night clubs to choose from.From the swimming pool area you will see small fishing boats putting into the still active fishing harbour of Potamus where the are a couple of restaurants that are ideal for a quiet evening.

A light, bright villa with fly screens fitted to all of the windows which allow them to be opened to make the most of the cooling sea breeze. The villa is tiled throughout which contributes to providing a cool environment if you feel you need to escape from the sun for awhile.

Sliding patio doors lead to the pool and BBQ area. Patio furniture is located here making the BBQ a perfect alternative to the restaurants and bars of Ayia Napa and making it the ideal spot to spend a relaxing couple of hours putting the world to rights.

WATERWORLD europes largest water theme park is five minutes away,not to be missed on a hot day. Close by is a go-carting track. Visit Ayia Napa harbour where there are a variety of sea front restaurants. If you are brave enough go to the LUNAR FUN FAIR it's loud and brash and does not appear to have heard of Health and Safety !

Fly to Larnica airport where there are always taxis available to take you to your holiday Villa or ,if you wish,you can make a private arrangement with the property manager to meet you at the airport. Car hire is available through Petsas car hire either at the airport or in Ayia Napa.
