This villa has three comfortable bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor with a spacious bathroom. It has a private terrace with breathtaking views of the sea. As the sun sets, one may also see from the terrace, the fishermen returning to the natural surroundings of the river in their boats after having caught the fish of the day. On the ground floor of the villas are the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is fully furnished with antique furniture and have TV and DVD players.
We have several similar properties; one is especially designed for honey-mooners with a large authentic antique wedding bed belonging to the owner’s grandmother resembling style and tradition at the same time.

The Famagusta District
The area of Agia Thekla is outskirts of Agia Napa. The area is called Agia Thekla, due to the local small Church Agia Thekla that is located on the beach. Agia Thekla has not much to offer - only a nice sandy beach near the church with a small restaurant and kiosk, 1 mini market, Restaurant.
The area of Agia Napa that is about 2 km from the villas is one of the most famoust tourist resort of Cyprus. It is called "cyprus ibiza".
Agia Napa can offer everything for relaxing holidays.
Ayia Napa / Ayia Thekla area
The coast of Agia Napa is considered as the finest regarding beaches in Cyprus. Extensive silvery, sandy beaches cover the area which attracts the majority of tourists. Please note that in case we don’t receive a payment from you during 2-4 days after you confirmed that you want to book this villa, we have the right to automatically cancel the reservation done. The second 50% is required to be paid 2 months before arrival.
