Further details indoors: This luxury villa with floor area of 450 square meters is fully furnished and equipped to the highest standard. Open plan lounge area features leather chocolate brown sofas, flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and hi-fi with surround sound system. Villa Napa Panorama’s dining area is furnished with a wooden dining table and ten elegant chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances: large fridge/freezer, electric cooker, oven , kettle, toaster, dishwasher. The kitchen also includes many other extras including, coffee maker, blender and water dispenser. On the ground floor there is also double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Upstairs, there are four further bedrooms, all the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms. The main bathroom features bath with shower over and toilet. Staircase leads up to the furnished roof terrace with bar to relax and enjoy beautiful sea views. By the side of the villa there is a separate studio with shower room and toilet for service staff. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has internet access and a safety deposit box. The parking space for two to three cars is provided.
Further details outdoors: The villa has generous garden and its own private swimming pool (15x6 meters) and covers area of more than 1500 square meters. Villa offers outdoor Jacuzzi, BBQ and shady pergola with bar for socializing with your party. By the pool there are sun beds umbrellas and outside shower. There is also hammock in the garden.
