The Famagusta region
Famagusta is a district of eastern Cyprus where the tourist centres of Ayia Napa, Protoras and Pernera are located. It lies in a bay between Capes Greco and Eloea, east of Nicosia and possesses the deepest harbour on the island. To the north of Famagusta are the impressive ruins of Salamis. This once great city is believed to have been founded in the 11th century BC
A coastal path lies along the entire coast from Protaras, into Ayia Napa, past Nissi bay and on towards Ayia Thekla - ideal for walkers and cyclists.
Cyprus enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate with all year round sunshine.
The warm climate makes Cyprus a perfect destination for holidays any time of the year. Average Temperatures are winter 15-21 degrees, spring 24-26 degrees and summer 30-40 degrees.

There is an abundance of lovely sandy beaches and a pedestrianised harbour area with cafes, restaurants and fish tavernas.
The bars & restaurants cater to everyone's taste & budget....there are just too many to choose from and you will keep coming back year after year.
Waterworld Waterpark is only a 5 minute drive/bus ride/taxi from the apartment and whatever your age you will enjoy this fantastic day out. The bus stop is located 50m from the complex.
