We had an excellent stay at this apartment 22nd April - 29th April 2009 it has everything you need for a lovely holiday.
It is really close to Nissi Beach and a short walk [approx 20 mins] to Ayia Napa for bars and restaurants.
Nissi 3 is a beautiful complex and is kept well maintained - the pool and communal areas are really clean and we would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an exceptional apartment which is value for money!

"The apartment was immaculately clean when we arrived. It had all the items described in the spec, everthing to make you feel at home away from home! The balcony had a lovely sea view in the distance as well as the complex pool area right in front.
There were good clear instructions and a guide to the local area in the room when we arrived which was very helpful.
I would definatly recommend this place to others, as we felt totally at home here at all times."
