Our apartment is located in one of the most sought after destinations in Cyprus, minutes away from Ayia Napa. It is a ground floor one bedroom apartment with a large patio area leading to two communal pools and private parking.
Nissi 3 Complex is conveniently situated just off Nissi Avenue, which abounds with bars/restaurants and shops, and is a ten minutes stroll to the beautiful Nissi Beach.

The accommodation can sleep up to 4 and comprises one bedroom, lounge/kitchen with two sofa beds and a bathroom with a bath/shower. The apartment is fully air-conditioned (heating for winter) with private parking at the rear.
The spacious lounge, with patio doors to the patio, has a flat screen satellite TV and DVD player with two sofas which fold down into large comfortable beds.
The airy bedroom, with patio doors to the patio, has a king size bed, two bedside tables, chest of drawers and large fully fitted wardrobes with a safety deposit box.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric hob/oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster, iron and ironing board, as well as all pots, pans etc. The dining room area includes a four-seater dining table and chairs with all crockery and cutlery, glasses etc provided.
The fully tiled cool bathroom includes a bath/shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
Your apartment will be prepared clean and ready for your arrival. This includes fresh white bed linen and bathroom towels, and the patio washed down with all outdoor furniture set out. If you stay for 2 weeks or more housekeepers will clean your apartment weekly and change your linen and towels while you go and enjoy your day.

The large south facing patio area is fully equipped with patio table, 4 chairs, 4 sun loungers and tilting parasol.
Our ground floor apartment (shown above with the parasol, middle right) has a large patio which is a hop, skip and a jump to two communal swimming pools, one of which is a nursery pool.

There are two airports in the south of Cyprus, Larnaca in the south east and Paphos in the south west. The flight from UK to Larnaca, Cyprus takes 4½ hours. Please note Cyprus is 2 hours ahead of UK time.
Most regional airports and budget airlines now fly to Larnaca, especially between April and October.

The journey from Larnaca Airport to our apartment is about a 40 minutes’ drive and there are basically three ways to get there.
Taxis
Taxis from the airport costs around €40-€60 (£35-£50). You can either pick one up at the airport, of which there tends to be plenty 24 hours a day, or prebook one via sites such as:

Buses
Buses 22, 19 and 24 run from Larnaca Airport into Ayia Lazarou Square, Larnaca city centre from where you can then catch a bus to Ayia Napa, getting off along Nissi Avenue. No buses run on Sundays.

The apartment is beautiful, we loved it so much. You can tell from the others in the complex that this is perhaps the best one of the lot. Karen and Martin have done an amazing job making this a home from home luxurious apartment. All the thought has been put into everything you'd ever want. The location is fantastic and ideal for either busy party stays or quiet retreats. You know you've struck gold when even the locals speak highly of this place. for us the location was superb,quiet but close to a lot of good places nearby,walking distance to a clean,warm pool.walking distance from the main beach and not far from 3 other very good beaches.With a car very easy to access the main A3 to Larnaca Paralimni and Protaras.Good choice of good standard restaurants within walking distance.Eriks and Dion both very good and good service,may have been helped by a lack of people at the resort,nevertheless we really enjoyed our stay. Just want to say a great big thank you again, we had a wonderful holiday in your beautiful apartment 24th July to 7th Aug 2011. We saw a few apartments in the same complex as our son was getting married while we were on holiday and there were 30 family members throughout the complex staying, and your apartment was in a completely different league, should i say it was the best of the best! It was stylish, modern and homely, even the wedding planner Jackie loved the apartment when she came by with the flowers for the wedding. Having had our Grandson who's 19 months stay with us a few nights at the apartment, as his mum and dad got married, the only thing i found missing was a gate on the veranda, he loved playing out there with his cars & stuff, the great big umbrella was superb especially as it could be moved around. I would definately recommend this fab apartment. Had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. Tea coffee sugar fairy liquid even toys for the kids in the room! Pools were fab for the kids with it being a ground floor apartment so could let them play without having to keep a constant eye on them! Close to where we wanted to be for a Nissi beach wedding. bars, restaurants, and even the bus stop on the doorstep. Had a fab time and will definately be recommending to friends and family :)

It was clean, tidy, modern, well furnished and equipped and had everything we would have needed. That blue folder with all the bits and pieces in was a life saver! The patio was really nice too; we ate dinner outside a few times which was nice as the apartment was so quiet too. Great relaxing space to come back to after the hustle and bustle of the beach or a night out! Anyway, thanks again! We stayed in this apartment for 8 days in July and had a fantastic time! The apartment was perfect and had everything we could have wanted- it was clean, tidy, modern, well decorated and a lovely space. The patio was spacious and great for eating meals out on. Pools were really warm so great to swim in especially in the evening. Apartment was just what we wanted to welcome us to our holiday and help us have a really enjoyable time. We would definitely return!

I would like to say what a wonderful apartment. The apartment itself was wonderful and very well equipped. The swimming pool was fantastic; it was just like entering into a bath. The apartment is well located for the wedding venues situated around Nissi Bay, and also a very short walk to the beach. We found Sandy Bay to be very nice, not as big as Nissi Bay. I would also recommend the Garden Restaurant, the food and service were excellent. We will definitely book with you again.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for providing us with such a lovely apartment and in such a fantastic location, we truly had a wonderful holiday. To be so near to the beach, so many restaurants and a wide range of bars and then also with Agia Napa on our doorstep, it was truly perfect. The apartment itself was great and ideal for what we needed and the patio area was a favourite for that last bit of evening sun. The best location we could have hoped for with everything on your doorstep! Lovely apartment, great pool, safe area, beautiful beach, bars and restaurants less than 2 mins walk, and then Agia Napa 20 minutes walk. One of the nicest holidays we've had, lovely accommodation in location that would suit anyone!
