Alis Apartment Ayia Napa is a tastefully furnished, well equipped and fully air conditioned / heated one bedroom ground floor apartment offering comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. The apartment is ideally situated within the complex with views of the magnificent communal pool and communal gardens.
The apartment is suitable for couples and families and is situated in the resort of Ayia Napa on Cyprus's Eastern Coast in what has been described as “Ayia Napa’s Premier Privately Owned Complex”.

The Famagusta District
The Famagusta (Ammochostos) District is one of the six districts of Cyprus. Famagusta District on the island's eastern coast is one of the largest resort areas on the island with many hotels, shops, tavernas, discos and bars. The coastline of the Famagusta District is famous for its beautiful white sandy beaches, secluded coves and crystal clear sea. Cyprus may only be the third largest island in the Mediterranean, but it is certainly the hottest and sunniest. Although some sources will tell you that the average number of sunny days in Cyprus is 340 or even 360 days per year, the accurate average for the island as a whole is actually 326 sunshine days per annum.
Ayia Napa area
There are extensive golden sandy beaches in the Ayia Napa area. All beaches in the Ayia Napa area have been awarded the EU Blue Flag for their cleanliness and brilliant facilities. Facilities for all water sports are provided including water skiing, wind surfing, pedalos, jet skis, parachutes, scuba diving and more. The crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean offer sunbathers and swimmers a virtual paradise. One of the most famous of Ayia Napa's beaches is Nissi Beach. Close to Nissi Beach is the Water World Water Park which offers a full days entertainment for all the family.
Take a day away from the beach and explore another world, away from the discos and pubs of the lively Ayia Napa. Cape Greco is a popular place to cycle and walk along the nature paths. The magnificent beauty of the mountain sea cliffs combined with the indigenous flora of Cape Greco is impressive.
Ayia Napa Harbour has had a complete facelift with its fountains and cobble stoned pathways and quaint cafes and restaurants that overlook the Mediterranean. Take a cruise from the harbour around the Ayia Napa coastline. Family cruises are available on a daily basis.
For the shopaholics among you take a stroll down any winding street and you will be impressed by the vast variety of attractive items. Ayia Napa can easily accommodate the shopping needs of just about everyone in every capacity.

How to get there
Direct flight (scheduled and charter) to Larnaca airport are available from the majority of major UK airports.
On completion of booking a comprehensive Guest Information Pack will be emailed to you. Included are detailed directions from Larnaca Airport to the apartment, a map, location of key safe, emergency contact details etc. We suggest you print this information and retain it for the duration of your stay.
As part of our service and to make your holiday as hassle free as possible airport transfer can be arranged.
Car hire is not necessary, however there are many beautiful beaches, traditional inland Cypriot villages and historic sites within a short driving distance. Should you require car hire for the duration of your stay or a few days during you stay please contact us.
The distance from Larnaca Airport is 60km of which 56kms are travelled on motorway / dual carriageway, therefore, time taken is approx 35 minutes.

Further details indoors: The apartment covers an area of 47 sq metres (approx 500 sq feet) with a patio area overlooking the communal gardens.
The interior comprises an open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area, a bathroom and one bedroom, all of which have been furnished and equipped to a high standard.
The lounge and the dining area have adequate seating for 4 people.
For your entertainment a satellite television (with many English speaking channels), and an XBox are provided. DVD’s can also be played on the XBox. There is also a selection of XBox games and DVDs for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, teapot, toaster, etc. A washing machine is also installed. Adequate cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils are provided.
The bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a dressing table and has a built in wardrobe. There is, however, a sofa bed located within the lounge area which will comfortably sleep an additional two people.
A travel cot and mattress are available if required, however, please bring your own sheets etc. Please advise if required at the time of booking
The bathroom is fitted with shower, wash basin, and UK style toilet.
For your comfort all living / sleeping areas have air conditioning (cooling and heating) and double glazed windows.
Tiled floors and neutral walls throughout the apartment provide an attractive and cool environment.
Towels and bed linen are provided, however, please bring your own beach towels.
A mid let clean and change of bed linen, if required, can be arranged with our agents during your stay. Details and costs (payable in local currency to our agents) for this service can be found in the apartment.
A mobile phone containing a Cypriot SIM card is also available for your use. This will enable you to make cheaper local and international calls during your stay in Cyprus as using your own mobile phone can be very expensive. Additional information including how to top up the SIM can be found in the information pack in the apartment.
Although the island is virtually crime free for your added security the apartment is equipped with a digital safety deposit box.
Further details outdoors: The complex consists of eight blocks, each containing four apartments, spread over an area of 10,500 square metres (approx 2.6 acres) of well kept mature communal gardens.
A pool bar, Tropical Gardens Gazebo Bar and Cafeteria are also available on site offering excellent food at reasonable prices. The Cafeteria is open 12 months of the year and from its elevated position you can enjoy the view of the lush tropical gardens, mature landscaped gardens and communal pool area. The pool bar and Gazebo Bar are open daily during the high season.
The complex’s most outstanding feature is the tropical gardens incorporating fish ponds and aviaries, a great area to sit and relax in the late evening and enjoy the tranquillity of the subtle lighting effects and the “babbling” of running water.
The nearest golden sandy beach is approx 10 minutes walk from the apartment with a second sandy cove within a further 5 minutes walk. Both beaches are gently sloping and offer a good selection of water sports. Sun beds, parasols and snack bars are also available at both beaches. The famous Nissi Beach, reckoned to be one of the best in the Mediterranean, is also within close proximity to the apartment – 20 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes by taxi, scooter or hire car. Water World is also in close proximity to Nissi Beach. With 18 different rides and slides, go-carts and a choice of restaurants, Water World offers a full days entertainment for all the family.
A vast array of restaurants, bars and clubs, which cater to everyones taste are within easy walking distance from the apartment, in fact, the pedestrian strip area which leads into Ayia Napa Square, famous for the electric atmosphere around the bars and clubs, is approx 100 metres from the complex.
The apartment is ideally situated for a lively holiday, however, for those who want to do no more than relax the days away around the communal pool or on a sun drenched beach, then this is the place for you.
The apartment is ideal for all ages and is far enough away from the bars / clubs for you to have a peaceful nights sleep. In keeping with the high standards (and to maintain the standards) of this complex regular security patrols are in effect.
The apartment has a patio area furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers.
Sit back and enjoy the views through the mature gardens down to the large communal pool or take a swim in the pool which is approx 30 metres from the apartment. The large pool is suitable for swimmers and non swimmers of all ages and slopes gradually from a depth of approx 0.5m to 1.5m. .
An off road parking space is available should you decide to hire a car or scooter.

The apartment was great, it had everything we needed and was really spacious and well looked after. The complex itself was wonderful and we loved the pool area which was peaceful, relaxing and in really beautiful surroundings. Ideally situated. We also met the owners Alistair and Linda who came out to stay in apartment F1 whilst we were there and they were really lovely people, it was a real pleasure to meet them. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Aiya Napa. P.S. You have to go to Hakkaido, the Japanese restaurant across the road, well worth going to Ayia Napa just for that. (Try the smoked chicken rolls) :)"

The apartment was all we hoped for and more! We were really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and quality of everything. There were lots of extras that made our holiday so much more comfortable than the usual holiday accommodation. The tropical gardens are magnificent and the pool was very clean. Communication from Ali prior to our departure was very good and the directions from the airport to the apartment were spot on. In summary - a five star experience."

The facilities within the complex were also good... lovely pool. The cafeteria served good food... and their waffles are to die for! The immediate area around the complex was relatively quiet but only a short walk to the many bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to "the Square" if you want more action!"

Inside the apartment all the appliances had been intelligently anticipated to the needs of the user, were obviously new, in safe working order and clean. I thought the pictures on the website matched what the apartment was really like, but more probably in reality, we thought that the apartment was much nicer than the pictures. The apartment represented very good value for money and is a place where I want to return to. Although the taxi firm was expensive, it represented a totally reliable, efficient and courteous service which counts for a great deal when commuting back and forth from airports."

Judging by the "extras" in the apartment it is clear the apartment is the owner's holiday home and not just a source of rental income. There are lots of friendly bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk but each evening we ended up in the complex's cafeteria for one of their "to die for" deserts. The information provided prior to our arrival, including directions from the airport, was both comprehensive and accurate. This was such an enjoyable and relaxing holiday that we are now looking to book again for next year. I will be recommending this apartment to family and friends."
