About the home

It is only a 7minute walk to the clear waters of Nissi Beach, close enough to the town centre for excellent nightlife but far enough to have peaceful days and nights in a beautiful surrounding.

Perfect for a fun filled holiday, The award winning waterpark is only a 5minute drive and with all the bars and restaurants on offer in Ayia Napa you will be spoilt for choice.
Watersports will be available on Nissi beach, they have lots of choice from Parasailing to Jet-ski's i am sure they will have something for everyone.

The nightlife is of course why many people come to Ayia Napa, again there is something for everybody. Bedrocks is a big hit and is a must for your visit. When you are in the city centre also know as "the square" you will be shocked at some of the themed bars, they make for great surroundings. You must visit to see what i mean.

This villa's location is perfect for anyone attending weddings at any of the top hotels located along Nissi Avenue.

So for your next visit to the beautiful island of Cyprus spend it in an equally beautiful home.

The villa is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen including Washer, Dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all other kitchen equipment.

The living room has a corner sofa and another very comfortable chair, There is Showtime TV available which is most popular in Cyprus and has many English channels. Also a DVD player is available.

The dining area has a table and chairs suitable for 6persons. Just off the dining area is a good size downstairs toilet

The 3 bedrooms are all of good sizes, all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed and an en-suit with toilet, sink and shower. The view overlooks the back garden with great views of the pool.
The front bedroom has a metal frame double bed and amazing views to the sea.
The 3rd bedroom consists of 2 single beds, a side table and a dressing table.
There is a family bathroom with bath and shower facilities.

The villa benefits from gas central heating in all rooms, a full pressurized water system, Air conditioning and solar panels on the roof.

Further details outdoors:
External there is a 9 x 4 metre swimming pool which is maintained twice a weekly, thus ensuring it is crystal clear and safe during your holiday. There is an external shower for use by the side of the pool.
A safety ring and pool rules are available for your safe use of the swimming pool
The back garden is fully tiled and fully enclosed for your privacy.

There is of course loungers and table and chairs available for 6persons.

The front garden is very basic and requires very little maintenance. It is also great for any garden lovers to design how they like if taking house on long term rental.
The villa has side parking on a driveway and parking on the front. There is also cabin access, again for the long term renter.

The villa has white shutters on all upstairs windows, these can be opened and closed from inside, all houses in Cyprus have these fitted, they can be used to keep the heat out by keeping them closed. This makes the room very dark so make sure you set your alarm clocks.

The Famagusta region

In the summer months temperatures can hit 40degrees celcius. Winter months average of around 20degrees celcius.
Ayia Napa has a monastery which is worth visiting and other cultural surroundings.

The Ayia Napa / Nissi Beach area

Nissi Beach is a must for holiday makers, It is the best beach on the island and one of the best i have visited.
There is the award winning waterpark just 5minutes down the road with plenty of activities for children and adults.
There is a great choice of pubs and restaurants throughout Ayia Napa.
The site which the house in on is not fully finished, houses are available to buy on this site and as a result not all roads are finished on the site. The short road leading to the site is not concrete but once on the site there is a concrete path leading to the house.

Many airlines provide flight only deals to Cyprus. Larnaca airport is only a 35minute drive to the villa.

Car hire is widely available at Larnaca airport but book in advance for the bet deals, again comparison sites can offer the best deals:

I would recommend Europcar. They have a desk at Larnaca Airport and they have an office in Ayia Napa with very helpful staff. If you have any problems with the car i am sure they would help with a replacement if neccesary. I would advise to not rent a Kia of any model.

If you chose to get a taxi these are widely available from the airport and will cost around 50Euro to the door.

If you fly into Paphos airport a rental car is a must.The drive would take about 1hour 45minutes. The roads in Cyprus are far better than the UK and all signs are in English.

“Perfect for us...probably for you too!” Villa was excellent in terms of cleanliness, space and having the necessary kitchen goods. Private and still surroundings, although near enough to local shops and main road to get taxi if needed. Pool was excellent; as the beach gets busy, it's nice to have your own pool. Thankfully the air conditioning was amazing, it looked after us well! Is situated throughout the villa and is essential. Info pack from owner is very useful, lists most the things you'll need to know during your stay. Highly recommend this villa, surpassed our expectations and allowed us all to make the most of our holiday. Ace.

“Relaxing location” The villa was lovely and clean with good amenities. The pool was excellent and a good size. Some good restaurants and beaches within 10 minutes walk. Would recommend to family and friends.
