Fantastic 3 bedroomed detached villa set back 150m from the sea front, l,only 5km from Ayia Napa , minutes from beautiful Ayia Thekla Beach & waterpark. The villa has a private 9x4m swimming pool with a shallow end (70cm depth) for smaller children also the patio area is gated so that small children can be kept away from the pool. The property will sleep 8 people it has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins , two of the bedrooms lead onto the balcony . The sofa bed in the living room will sleep two.Downstairs there is a spacious dining area that will seat 8, leading onto a fully fitted kitchen. the living room opens onto a spacious patio area overlooking the pool. The villa has two bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned .Satellite television,dvd,video are there for your enjoyment, along with a selection of dvds, books and videos

Ayia Napa / Ayia Thekla area
Ayia Napa is great for families&couples of all ages. Ayia napa has something to suit everyone , a fun fairs & crazy golf etc for the children ,lovely restaurants and bars. it is quieter than a few years ago but has very good atmosphere. Ayia Thekla is a peaceful resisdential area just out side Ayia Napa on the coast. The beach at Ayia Thekla is pure sand and has a small island set off shore that you can walk out to.

Nearest airport is Larnaca about 30minutes away . car hire can be arranged to be collected at the airport or we can arrange collection from the airport for a charge made payable at the time. BA.com is a good website to find flights from heathrow/gatwick
