Large one bedroom apartment in the heart of Ayia Napa. A few minutes walk from the sea and 5 minutes from the Square with its multitude of restaurants, shops, bars and clubs. Situated a few minutes off Nissi Avenue. Ayia Napa is an ideal holiday resort for all age groups. Many fabulous golden sandy beachesa short drive away. Water sports on offer at all the main beaches. Waterworld, the largest water park in Europe a short drive away. Plenty of sunshine the year round. It is an ideal spot for walking and cycling. Various boat excusions around the coast and to Famagusta. There is a roof top barbecue area with fantastic views.
There is an additional charge of 50 UKpounds per week to use the air conditioning. units.

The Famagusta District

Sunny warm Ayia Napa caters for a huge range of ages and tastes making it one of the most desirable destinations on the island. It has beauty and charm from its white coral beaches and beautiful quaint harbour with its many fine restaurants, to the historic monastery and the excitement of its world renowned night life area. It truly has something for all ages and tastes. Walk in the Troodos mountains in the morning and on one of the golden sunny beaches in the afternoon. Proteras and Kapparis are just a short drive away

Ayia Napa / Nissi Beach area

The largest Water park in Europe is a 5 minute drive from the apartment or take one of the frequent free buses that run from outside the apartment.
Take one of the boat trips to visit Famagusta.

How to get there

Fly to Larnaca, duration 41/2hrs, regular flights Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton, from larnaca airport to Ayia Napa is approx 40mins. Car/Buggy/or scooter hire is recommended to be able to visit all the fabulous beaches in and around Ayia Napa, the resorts of Protaras and Kapparis also have excellent beaches and facilities and are a 15min drive from our apartment. The nearest beach is Thalassaki whicn is 5 minutes walk from the apartment

Shared Pool just 4 metres from the property. Large veranda 6metres x 3 metres. Also communal roof garden and barbecue area with fantastic panoramic views of the area.
Apartment is situated close to all amenities, shops restaurants and clubs. 5 minutes from the Square, 10 minutes to the Harbour and 5 minutes walk form Thalassaki beach
We can thoroughly recommend Blueberries restaurant which is just across the road.
