The Famagusta District
Cyprus is a fantastic destination for all family holidays.You may be in retirement and require a warmer climate away from the british winter, the long term rentals would be ideal. You may have a young family like myself, you have the waterpark within 5 mins of the villa.Cyprus also has super beaches, safe, shallow and clear for all the paddling that us dads have to do!!! You then have the entertainment,sorry relaxation in the evening whether you like it quiet, romantic or lively you have it all.The choice is yours. The island has a great climate from March through to November , the summer months have temperatures in excess of 30 degrees.
Ayia Napa / Ayia Thekla area
Ayia Thekla is a perfect location for those who prefer the privacy and tranquillity of a residential area but still want to be within easy reach of major resorts. Just 5 minutes drive to Ayia Napa and the famous Nissi Beach with beautiful shops and restaurants, 10 minutes away there is the lively town of Paralimni, ideal for shopping, access to banks etc. Just 15 minutes drive away there is the beautiful town of Protaras, a very popular wedding venue, with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, shops, restaurants and the beautiful Fig Tree Bay, with all water sports facilities. Within the same area is the stunning Konnos Bay, also noted for its beautiful sandy beach and water sports facilities, and the very popular beauty spot of Cape Greko. The exquisite clear, turquoise Mediterranean Sea, with its shallow, safe bathing beaches, and striking rocky coastline is an ideal holiday location for all age groups.

A 25% depost is required to secure th booking the remander is to b paid 8 weeks prior to your stay, The villa is looked after by my neighbour who live within 30 yards of the villa. They are more than happy to assist you with your stay if you have any quesion or further requirements. There are no hidden extras the cost of air conditioning is all included,BUT ANY ABUSE OF THE AIR CONDITIONING, IE BEING LEFT ON WHILE THE VILLA IS EMPTY,THIS WILL INCURR A CHARGE FROM YOUR SECURITY BOND,
Conditions
A refundable security deposit of £150 is required to cover breakages and any abuse of air conditioning(left on while villa is empty) this will be refunded 10 days after your stay.
