About the home

Villa Elizabeth is a spacious luxurious fully air conditioned 3 double en-suite bedroomed villa tastefully decorated to provide comfortable living accommodation. It is located 100 metres from the beach in a quiet exclusive residential area away from the vibrant excitement of Ayia Napa – some 5 minutes drive away.

Adjoining the back of villa Elizabeth is a large communal swimming pool (14m x 6m) with terraces to the front and rear which are planted with trees and shrubs. The villa also has a spacious upstairs balcony and front terrace from which there is a fabulous sea view together with a back terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

The villa comfortably sleeps 6 people with 3 double bedrooms and is ideal for families. Each bedroom has its own en suite shower rooms and toilets. The bedrooms comprise of 2 twin beds and 1 four poster bed all with fully fitted wardrobes. The two upstairs bedrooms have an adjoining balcony where you can enjoy beautiful views over the sea.

The lounge/dining room offers spacious accommodation and the fully fitted equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher microwave etc makes life very easy even while on holiday.

The 3 bedrooms are of a generous size and all with their own bathroom or shower, meaning no queues.

The kitchen is well equipped with a wide range of crockery and glasses.

Villa Elizabeth is located in a very peaceful setting on one of the most beatiful streaches of shoreline in Cyprus.

There is a large communal swimming pool 14m x 6m and terraces to the front and rear which is planted with trees and shrubs.

The beach is 100 m walk and stretches all the way along the coast to Ayia Napa with rock pools close by for paddling. It is very near to the picuresque fishing harbour of Potamos and teh local beaches.

The private garden has palm tress and flowers and has a large dining table with 8 chairs and seat covers with flood lighting. Sun loungers are also available for use and a barbecue is available.

Internet access is available.

It provides a number of beautiful coves and beaches along the coast many of which are just very short walk from the villa. In addition, the area offers some of the best sandy beaches and places to eat- especially fine fish restaurants.

Ayia Thekla is a small quiet and exclusive residential area yet within close proximity (5 minutes by car) of Ayia Napa where there is a vibrant night life together with a number of sea activities including snorkelling, cycling, jogging, fishing, water skiing, wind surfing, pedalos, sailing and boat trips. Opposite Villa Elizabeth is the ancient and picturesque fishing harbour of Potamos together with its own quiet sandy beach and two fine fish restaurants.

The area around the easy coast has an extensive range of dedicated coastal bicycle tracks. Villa Elizabeth comes with 3 bicycles ready to use and enjoy these spectacular coastal tracks.

Some 5 minutes drive from the villa is Waterworld – 80,000 square metres of one of the largest themed water parks in Europe.

OCEAN AQUARIUM – PROTARAS

To enjoy a beautiful combination of the sea and sea creatures, the Ocean Aquarium at Protaras provides an delightfully entertaining and educational experience making it the perfect family day out.

“Sit outside and enjoy it - ist Inside and use the comfort” We enjoy the comfort of three rooms and villas furniture. The Location in the North is Perfect to the nice beaches. A Car is helpful, and schould Be ordered already at Home. Shopping for Barbecue or going for Lunch is Near by - going by Car. The common Pool is Perfect and Most of the time Not Visited by Others. One One Hand we enjoy the silence on the other the Location near to Ayia Napa. ..

A 20% deposit is required ro reserve the villa with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer into our UK or Cyprus bank account or by debit/credit card via Paypal, but this does incur a 3.5% service charge.

Discounts are available for early bookings or bookings for more than 2 weeks and also discounts apply if only two people occupy villa

Villa Elizabeth is ideally suited for families. We do not accept bookings for single gender groups under the age of 25.
