The apartment itself is a spacious high quality modern 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment, Air Conditioned throughout which has 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one with patio doors), toilet and separate bathroom/shower, and an open plan fitted kitchen/Lounge Dining area. One of the soft leather sofa’s converts to an additional double bed if required within the lounge area where there is satellite TV, DVD player and large flat screen TV.
The apartment also boasts a very large private balcony/terrace where you can relax on the loungers and enjoy the sun all day, dine al fresco in the warm Cypriot climate or just lie back and enjoy the long lazy Cyprus evenings gazing at the stars.
NISSI GOLDEN SANDS is a well situated modern complex of apartments and villas with communal pool and private parking, just a few minutes stroll from the fabulous crystal clear waters and white sandy Nissi Beach. The centre of Ayia Napa, with its lively pubs, clubs and restaurants is a pleasant 20 minute walk along the beautiful coastal path into Ayia Napa Harbour which has an array of lovely fish restaurants, shops and bars or along Nissi Avenue where there are plenty of quieter bars and restaurants along the way.
The apartment is professional managed.
