It comprises of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with twin beds. Both of them have ample wardrobe space, air conditioning units and ceiling fans. There is a further double sofa bed which is in the living room.
The bright and airy living room consists of 2 leather sofas and one double sofa bed, plenty of space for you to comfortably relax. You will also find satellite TV which transmits English and Russian speaking channels.
The open plan design flows through to a fully equipped modern kitchen which includes all electrical appliances, oven, hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. You will also find plenty of pots, pans and glass wear available. The dining area is suitable for 6 people.

The Famagusta region
Ayia Thekla is a beautiful peaceful resort which offers an idyllic and tranquil location with amazing sea views. The golden sandy beaches of Landa and Makronisoss are within easy reach and the famous Nissi Beach is approximately 5 minutes drive from Villa Marina.
Local attractions include a small market which is open once a week during the summer period (Wednesdays). Alternatively, visit the ancient shrine of Ayia Thekla, a rock - hewn chamber in the coastal cliffs beneath the church which is dedicated to the 1st century saint. Why not try Water World at Ayia Napa for a fun filled day of thrills and slides, or cruise around on the lazy river. Ayia Napa is just a short drive away and boasts an extensive range of bars, restaurants, shops and fun fairs. A local bus runs daily into the centre. Further along the coast line is Protaras and the beautiful Fig Tree Bay. Protaras is one of Cyrpus's premier holiday resorts and offers a variety bars, restaurants and leisure facilities to please all manor of holiday makers. Many of the beaches on this Eastern coast have been accredited the Blue Flag Status.

Nissi Beach is the most popular beach in the Ayia Napa area and probably the most well known on the island of Cyprus. It is made up of 2 connecting beaches, one long and lively, the other smaller and quieter. The beaches have golden sands and the waters are clean and clear, and have been awarded the Blue Flag Status. It is possible to walk out for up to a hundred meters without the water passing your waist and there are many sand bars in the shallows. A variety of watersports can be enjoyed including pedalloes, parasailing and inflatables.
Nissi Beach can be reached via the coastal path which runs from the harbor, or by road along Nissi avenue. The Eastern end of the beach is fairly quiet and relaxing. In contrast the central area is home to the Nissi Bay Beach Bar which draws crowds with it's daily programme of amusements including top named DJ's, foam parties, beach parties and other events.
Nissi Avenue offers around 2 km of shops, bars and restaurants or why not take a look at the busy fishing harbor. This is also where the many coastal daily boat trips depart from 7 days a week. A few minutes walk and in the opposite direction is the monastery, the church and the main square, this is where most of the nightlife is situated.
