The Famagusta District
The property is located ideally to explore the east side of the beautiful island. The town of Famagusta it is about twenty minutes away. The Troodos mountains are about seventy minutes Protaras 10km, 200m from the sea and only 500m from Potamus the famous fishing village with its own restaurants. Ayia Thekla beach 1 km.

The property is situated in Ayia Thekla about 5 km from the resort Ayia Napa with its beautiful Nissi Beach. The pretty Cypriot town Paralimiini is about 12KM with its Banks,Supermarkets, Restaurants and shops. Hi Rita - just getting back into a routine had lovely time and really enjoyed the villa, didn't want to come home!! Aug 2006 May 2007 Rita, Thanks - we had a lovely time.Villa wise - everything we needed was there, the location for me is great, far enough out of Ayia Napa but also close enough if you know what I mean. The space / washer / proper washing airer / fridge freezer and comfy sofas were like being at home. The pool was great to cool off and have a bit of a swim in - and the steps into it were a good idea as could sit and read whilst keeping feet cool. Regards Janet Erskin.
