Other popular beaches include Nissi Beach and Nissi Bay, two miles (3km) west of Ayia Napa; Cape Greco to the east, where the challenge is to leap from the rocks into the sea; and Konnos Bay, just past Cape Greco, where there is a beach café and speedboats for hire. Visitors to Ayia Napa soon learn that it is essential to plan an afternoon siesta, if they are to make the most of the sensational nightlife for which the resort has become world-renowned. The Cypriot's appreciation for the good life and good times comes to the fore after the sun sets, with bars, discos, nightclubs and bouzouki clubs open well into the early hours of the morning. Most hotels have their own nightly entertainment with a resident band, and Greek nights with folk dancing are offered. The resort's clubbing scene is legendary with big name DJ's appearing frequently at some of the popular clubs.

Further details outdoors: The apartment was part of a larger complex with a good sized pool and pool area. The apartment also has a small launderette area, and there is another launderette just across the road in the Senator apartments. There are many other complex's in the vinicity which have game rooms for bored children, but the apartment has the advantage of being in a quiet location. The apartment is fully air-conditioned for which there is no extra charge.

Die Wohnung hat auch einen kleinen Waschsalonbereich, und es gibt einen anderen Waschsalon gerade über der Straße in den Senatorwohnungen. Es gibt viel anderen Komplex im vinicity, die Spielräume für gebohrte Kinder haben, aber die Wohnung hat den Vorteil des Seins in einer ruhigen Position. Die Wohnung ist völlig klimatisiert für, welches dort keine Extragebühr ist.

Conditions
You should first either e-mail or telephone us with details of the accommodation you wish to reserve, together with the dates. We will then check availability and provisionally reserve the property. This will provisionally reserve the apartment for 5 working days.
If you wish to go ahead with your booking, you must request a Booking Form + Terms & Conditions, which we will post to you. You must then complete the 'Booking Form' and return it to us together with your key/deposit cheque.
Please note; we must receive your Booking Form and all appropriate payments within 5 working days of dispatch of the 'Booking Form + Terms & Conditions', otherwise your provisional booking will not be confirmed.
Full payment must be made at any time, up to 3 months before your departure date. Failure to remit full payment could result in the loss of your deposit. If booking within 3 months of departure full payments must be made with the return of the booking form.
Key/s will send by registered post 14-30 days before your departure, once your full payment has been made. Keys must be returned by registered post before your deposit can be returned.
