Incorporated within your spacious landscaped garden is a 8m x 4m swimming pool. Your villa is surrounded by a solid 3 foot wall/fence which acts as a good obstacle preventing young children from escaping without your knowledge. Right outside your front door is a charming crafted wooden bench that is excellent during the late summer afternoons offering the cool shade while still allowing you to continue to top up your tan.

The Famagusta District
According to local legend, the now renowned original icon was accidentally discovered by a hunter in hot pursuit of his prey. Upon discovery, the icon was named the Virgin Mary of Agia Napa. The present monastery, built in 1500, was built around the cave, in honour of the Virgin Mary of Agia Napa.
According to local tradition, until 1790 no-one lived within close vicinity of Agia Napa. The first inhabitants who actually appeared and settled were twenty men from Salonica, Greece, and so began the village of Agia Napa.
Agia Napa has recently become synonymous with holidays and partying on the island, and has attracted tourism from all over Europe because of the climate, beaches and the specific character of the scene that has built up here.
Ayia Napa is the perfect destination for those of you at your over 30.’s. as Ayia Napa is a fantastic destination for families and for sports fans. With one of the most exceptional coastlines in the Mediterranean, its crystal clear waters, golden sandy beaches and constant sunshine, make bathing at the seaside sheer bliss for all ages until the end of November.

The villa is far enough away from the seasonal tourist crowds, yet close enough to offer easy access to an abundance of bars, shops and restaurants. Also available are private parking facilities should you wish to hire a car. Located near by is Waterworld water park which is a must see for kids and adults alike. The local white sandy beach is within walking distance and has a sheltered cove with shallow waters. Available from the beach side restaurant are sun beds, snacks etc for hours of relaxation and fun in the sun. The villa is 200mtrs from the sea, 10 minutes walk to the local beach, 1 mile from Waterworld water park, 4 miles from Ayia Napa centre, 300mtrs from access to motorway, 20 mt rs from major road, which is on the main bus route, 30 mins from Larnaca or Protaras, 1hr from Limassol and 2 and a half hrs from Paphos.
The church of Ayia Thekla is one of the oldest spots in the area dating back to the middle ages. It sits in a peaceful setting, fronted by the beautiful turquoise Mediterranean Sea and surrounded by natural flora. A small sandy beach also lies here with a tiny island just off the shore that keeps the waves away. Legend has it that the church over the centuries has suffered severe damage caused by the many armies that conquered the island through time. The church in its present condition dates back to the beginning of the last century.
How to get there
Fly to Larnaca Airport which is approx 40 Km from Villa.
A good airline we have used in the passed is Cyprus Airways. They offer very good value for money and are a reliable company. Once at Larnaca we can provide transfers if requested.
If renting a hire car we will send directions from the Airport to the Villa when guests have booked with us.

The leather corner sofa entices you to sprawl out and relax with a cool drink, watch TV or your favourite film during the hottest times of the day. During the evening the crystal chandeliers produce a romantic atmosphere where you can share the moment. The Dining area is tiled throughout and has patio doors that lead to the Pool area and rear garden. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences and a wonderful view of the pool and garden areas. The downstairs bathroom has a toilet and hand basin.

The main areas of the garden are finished with Stamped Concrete to give a tiled effect. The villa can be softly lit at night to preserve the ambience of the evening.
