Also Napiana Apartment is only 3 minutes walk from the Square and Monastery where there is a variety of clubs, bars and restaurants. While staying there is no need car as all amenities are just around the corner. This 2 bed spacious apartment equipped to highest standard specifications. On Site there are Chinese, Italian, international cuisine restaurants, Cafeteria Snack Bar, supermarket, pool bar, 24hrs kiosk. McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, Pizza Hut all less than 100m away. Ideal for all year round holidays.

The Famagusta District
Ayia Napa is among the most famous holiday resorts in Europe. Ayia Napa attracts about 1 millinons tourist per year. There are several blue flag sandy beaches and my apartment is only 300 meters from the longest sandy beach in Ayia Napa.

My apartment is located around the centre of all amenities, within 300 meters you can find a selection of more than 200 restaurants and cafe bars and shops (i.e a minute away is McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger Kings - certainly could be not more centrally. Also on Site we have 2 restaurants, supermarket, 24h convinience shop). Within walking distance are many places of interest such as the monastery, Fun parks, Thalassa museum, and fishing harbour. In addition the square of Ayia Napa is just 5 min on foot where all festivals, cultural events and concerts are held during summer.
Even though centrally located my apartment has lots of privacy and plenty space around it so it's giving you a relaxing holiday.
How to get there
Fly to International Larnaca Airport, Cyprus. Most budget carriers fly to Larnaca airport such as EasyJet, Flymonarch, flythompson, thomasCook, Jet2com, XL, British Airways, Eurocypria. Then take a taxi to Ayia Napa, only 30 minutes driving and cost about max 50 Euros. In Ayia Napa is centrally located and no need for car even though we have plenty of private parking place within the complex.

Further details indoors: My holiday apartment is equipped with expensive furniture and appliances (youngsters and youth groups are not allowed). Beyond the large balcony apartment has and a private garden finished in nice stone (Cypriot style). There is a security control entering the main building with intercom (camera control on the gate). Also the developement is gated. Even though in the centre of Ayia napa and parking is not an aption our developement has spacious parking allocation.
Further details outdoors: Large communal swimming pool (6m x 12m) to be shared for only 10 apartments.

English-speaking representative on hand to answer any questions. Full Breakfast is available at Napa Star Bar for 5 Euros per person. This pub also serves lunch and dinner unitl late hours.
Conditions
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. Groups of only males or females are not welcomed. Refundable breakages deposit of €200 required on arrival, to be refunded upon your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). For tenants below 30 years €400 required deposit. 25% of rental fee to secure booking and remaining due six weeks before your stay.
