This spacious one bedroom self catered apartment is close to the town centre, just off the seafront road, and between the port and the lovely Nisibeach seafront in an area of low rise apartments and small hotels. Just 400 metres to a nice small beach behind Ving Hotel, one block to the top end of the walking promenade with very nice Japanese, Thai, Italian, and Greek restaurants, and a small park.
All amenities in very close proximity- a taxi stand is just across the street, a large kiosk/supermarket is just down the road, and car rental is across the main road. The Freminore apartment complex is under new management and has undergone refurbishment, with new asphalting, newly painted and well lit exteriors, security cameras, etc. Excellent maintenance staff keeps the premises tidy and green.
Agia Napa offers a combination of the best Cyprus can offer: small town feel, friendly locals, excellent nightlife, wonderful restaurants, and the best beaches in Cyprus. It has a long history and a very nice small sea-life museum. It is very close to Larnaca Airport by excellent modern motorway. Larnaca town offers many facilities and there are pleasant villages to visit in the area. Water sports, a huge water park, amusement park, and historical sites are all in the local vicinity.

The Famagusta District
The Famagusta of Cyprus is knows as the 'red earth' district, for its characteristic red earth. Cyprus is sunny year round and offers and excellent vacation at any time of the year. This area of Cyprus boasts pristine beaches, sparking water, pure white sands, as well as alluring sea caves, historic monasteries, picturesque villages, very friendly people and very little crime.
Ayia Napa area
Agia Napa has famous night life, bars, and fantastic beaches. It is increasingly a family destination. It has a small amusement park and a huge fun water park. There is a unique combination of vivid nightlife together with the friendliness and cozy atmosphere of small village lanes and squares.
Agia Napa has a couple of small museums, notably a sea life museum, and has numerous kiosks, shops, and very nice restaurants, from authentic Thai to McDonalds for the kids. Bicycles are available for hire and are a good way to get around in the cooler months. All kinds of water sports are available at the beaches.
How to get there
Fly to Larnaca - Ayia Napa is 25 miles from the airport on a new, safe highway. Cheap flights available from flymonarch.com from Luton to Larnaca airport.
Car hire available at the airport from several vendors, and at Force rental, just one block from the apartment.
Local bus service is limited but taxis are cheap.
A taxi rank is available outside the arrivals hall. Fare to Ayia Napa is about EUR 50 and travel time is about 30 mins. Higher fares are charged from 10:30 pm to 6 am.
Once at the apartment, you do not need a car to enjoy the beaches or nightlife of Agia Napa. Bicycles are available for rent at many venues down by the port.

This is 100 per week in the peak season- you will not find a cheaper rate in Cyprus in the summer. There are several pools in nearby hotels and Holiday apartments that are open to non-residents-the one next door has a small pool and nice bar. The nearest beach is just .4 km away.
