Home description
Our apartment is located on the middle floor. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a 8m x 4m balcony with some sea views, a large table and 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers. We have 2 nice sized bedrooms, both have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units. One has a double bed and patio doors to the balcony, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are open plan and are fitted with an air-conditioning unit. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have a six seater dining table. The two sofas in the lounge both convert to a 3/4 bed, we have satellite TV with a 37 inch flat screen TV and a DVD player.

The Famagusta District
Cyprus has something for everyone and the beautiful island enjoys 330 days of sunshine from colourful spring times to very hot summers. English is extensively spoken, familiar brand names in the shops, driving on the left and a fascinating history or the varied and exciting nightlife. Cyprus is a rich blend of European and Eastern influences. Its history has been shaped by Roman and Greek empires and this has led to a unique culture, cuisine and atmosphere.
The Famagusta district boosts the best beaches on the island and the most famous 'Nissi Bay' with its beautiful white sand and crystal clear waters is a 3 minute walk from our apartment. Other beaches within walking distance are Sandy Bay, Macronissos and Ayia Napa Bay.
The main centre of the district is Paralimni which is 3 miles north of Ayia Napa, here you will find a mixture of traditional Cypriot shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. East of the village is Protaras, which hosts the famous Fig Tree Bay beach and has a large stretch of beach offering water sports, restaurants and commercial shopping.
Ayia Napa / Nissi Beach area
Ayia Napa is located on the South Eastern tip of Cyprus, once a small fishing village with a superb 16th century monastery. It lends character and substance to a resort that's better known to holiday makers for its beaches, colourful shops, tavernas, cobbled streets, discos and bars. The picturesque harbour is fringed with restaurants and is the ideal place to try the local specialities, relax and watch the world go by. As the sun sets in Ayia Napa the resort comes to life with the fabulous range of nightlife enabling you to dance the night away.. or head back to our apartment which is located in a very quiet part of the village. In high season Ayia Napa has more than 10.000 tourists per day.
Leaving our apartment you can walk for approx 30 minutes or 5 minutes in a taxi along Nissi Avenue which has shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, fun fair, mini golf, banks and the popular fast food chains. You arrive at the centre of Ayia Napa known as the square. This area is famous for its nightclubs and bars and does get very busy during high season. Or you can take the beautiful coastal walk along a purpuse built path into Ayia Napa Harbour which has an array of lovely fish restaurants, shops and bars.
A free bus service is available to take you to the local water park, this is about 5 minutes from Nissi Bay, the complex offers a fantastic day out for all ages. It is safe, clean and boosts some of the most exciting rides.
In our apartment there is a large selection of our favourite restaurants, places to see, car hire companies etc for your reference.

A taxi rank is available outside the arrivals hall. Fare to Ayia Napa is about EUR 50 and travel time is about 30 minutes. Please note the taxi companies charge higher fares 10:30pm to 6:00am.
We can arrange airport transfers and welcome packs which include milk, bread, eggs, juice etc from our managment company if required.

Our block has 16 one bedroomed apartments(ground and top floor) and 8 two bedroomed (middle/1st floor). We share a large communal pool and play area.
The Adams Beach and Aeneas Hotel are approx 2 minutes away.

We will require a 25% deposit to secure the requested dates, with the remaining balance paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable damage/breakage’s bond of £200 is also required. This will be returned once our management company confirm the apartment is in order - normally within 7 - 10 days.
Please note that the owner will accept no responsibility for any loss or damage of personal property, or injury or death to any person or visitor, during the period of occupancy.
Guests are reminded to take out adequate travel and personal belongings insurance.
