Brand new luxury detached 3 bedroomed villa with fantastic sea views. The villa has large private swimming pool with a shallow end (70cm depth) for smaller children, also the patio area is gated, so that small children can be kept away from the pool.
The villa will comfortably sleep 8 people. It has 2 rooms with 2 double beds, lead onto the balcony and one twin bedroom, also double sofabed is provided in the lounge. The villa has two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. The living room and the dining area are open onto a very large patio overlooking the pool. There are outdoor bar and barbeque. The villa is fully air-conditioned.
The villa is only few minutes walking distance from beautiful sandy Ayia Thekla Beach ( blue flag) with it many rock pools and an island close enough to wade out to, there is planty to keep the kids occupied for hours. On only 5 mins drive is Ayia Napa “WaterWorld”- water park, one of the largest in the Mediterranean providing a gread family day out.
Conveniently positioned from the centre of Ayia Napa and 15 mins drive to Paralimni and Protaras. This is a great location for those attending wedding parties in Ayia Thekla church, Nissi beach and Ayia Napa.

Car hire can be arranged to be collected at the airport.
Arrangements can be made to pick up and drop off at Larnaca airport, a charge will be payable at the time.
