The villa is ideally located for ventures into town after a day of relaxation. It's a short 15 minute walk to the restaurants, shops, bars, and nightlife, a mere 20 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beaches and harbour of Ayia Napa and an easy 5 minutes drive to The Water Park. The bungalow is ideal for those who are not so good on their feet as there are no stairs to climb up and down.

There are three large bedrooms in the villa, all fully air-conditioned and central heated. The double bedroom is complete and a king-size bed while the two additional bedrooms have twin 3/4 beds. All bedrooms are fitted wtih large wardrobes, dressing tables, and hairdryers and lamps. The main bathroom is well equipped with bath/shower and separate shower cubicle.

The large fully fitted kitchen comes complete with firdge/freezer, fan-assisted oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and water cooler dispenser.

The large spacious lounge is beautifully furnished with dining table 3-pieced suite; real open fire and satellite television complete with surround sound and DVD player and tuner.
