The Famagusta District

Ayia Napa is a lovely holiday place famous for its' beaches and night life. There is lots of restaurants, karaoke bars, discos, night clubs - for all ages and all tastes. One of the main attractions of Ayia Napa is WaterWorld Waterpark - the biggest themed waterpark in Europe! It is situated within 5 minutes drive from the villa.
How to get there
From Larnaca Airport it will take you around 40 minutes to get to the villa. We may provide the transfer for your group by taxi or mini-bus, or arrange a car rental.

Further details indoors: On the ground floor of the villa there is open plan lounge with sofas and satellite TV, stereo system. Dining area has table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. One of the bathrooms is located downstairs, and it comprises of shower and WC. Master bedroom with double bed, TV and en-suite shower room is on the first floor. There are also two twin bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has pool view, and the other has access to the balcony with pool view. Main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet is on the first floor. Air-conditioning units are only in the bedrooms (3 units).
Further details outdoors: Outside there is private swimming pool 8m x 4m (depth 0,60m-2,20m), barbecue, sun beds, garden furniture (table and chairs), parking.
