The apartment is bright and spacious and has been furnished to a high standard, including many home comforts. The apartment benefits from a large south facing veranda which is ideal for "al fresco" dining and sun worshippers. The apartment also has the added benefit of Satellite TV.
Indoors features 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other 2 singles. The double-bedded room has patio doors opening onto the veranda; both bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and remote-controlled air-conditioning. A safety deposit box in main bedroom.

The Famagusta District
Farmagusta is a district of eastern Cyprus where the tourist towns of Ayia Napa, Protaras, Pernera, Paralimini and others are located. Farmagusta boasts some of the best beaches in Cyprus. The warm climate, long summers, mild winters makes it the perfect destination any time of year.
Ayia Napa / Nissi Beach area
The world famous Nissi beach with its fine white sand and crystal clear waters, along with water sports, restaurants, shops, sun beds and public facilities is just 5 minute walk away from the apartment. The Cyprus Tourism Organization supervises and manages the beaches, and many of the beaches boast the EU blue flag award for cleanliness and facilities.
Less than 5 minute walk away are the Nissi Beach Hotel, Anaeas Hotel and Adams Beach Hotel, all of which are very popular wedding venues, making the apartment the perfect choice for guests of the bride and groom.
There are a number of restaurants, bars, bakeries and shops including the convenience of a small 24hr grocery store close by.
A 5 minute drive away is the Ayia Napa Waterpark, this is a fabulous day out and suitable for all ages. The harbour of Ayia Napa is nearby, and with its own beach, boat trips, fish restaurants and facilities - this is well worth a visit.

Cape Greco, which is just outside of Ayia Napa is a National Park, where you can enjoy the stunning views in unspoiled surroundings or try snorkeling in the clear waters.
Paramilini is a bustling little town, with some fabulous shops and restaurants, including a Marks & Spencer. Have a lunch in the cosmopolitan square and you must see the impressive church.
There is an abundance to do and see in the area and surrounding areas, public transport, taxis, cycles and car hire are plentiful, and with clear signposts and good roads getting around is simple.
How to get there
Larnaca is the nearest airport (40 mins) however during the winter months you could fly into Paphos and hire a car, this is approx 1 hour 35 mins away.

Further details indoors: The large open plan through lounge has patio doors opening onto the veranda along with 2 matching double sofa-beds, Satellite TV, DVD, Play Station, IPOD Docking Station and air-conditioning. A fully fitted well equipped kitchen with recently installed (Dec 07) oven, hob, extractor fan and washing machine for your convenience. Dining area to accommodate 6 people.
The air-conditioning units also provide heat for the winter months. All units are independently remote-controlled. The sofa beds converts to double beds. A small selection of games is provided for your enjoyment.
Further details outdoors: Outside is seating for 6 people, parasol and sun-loungers.
The 2 pools (1 adult, 1 childs) are just a few meters away and there is a playground (under development, due for completion 2008).

The apartment can be cleaned and the linen and towels changed mid stay - this will incur an extra charge. Single sex parties by prior arrangement only -please contact owner. Strictly no smoking inside the apartment.
Conditions
Upon booking we require 25% deposit and the remainig balancce 8 week prior to departure. A refundable damage/breakage’s deposit of £200 is also required.
