This is an exclusive development just 300m from Nissi Beach. The villa comes complete with everything you will need for a self catering holiday in Cyprus - a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, english speaking satellite system, TV and air conditioning.
There is a large patio area with sun loungers & patio furniture where you can dine alfresco in the warm Cypriot climate. The villa is ideal for families and couples seeking a bit of luxury in the sun.
For large families/groups we have a large selectionof apartments & villas on the same complex.

We have a local resort office in Ayia Napa.

The Famagusta region
Once sleepy fishing villages, Agia Napa on the south-east coast with its fabulous beaches of fine white sand, and Protaras, the coastal area of Paralimni, in the east with its hundreds of windmills, nowadays buzz with life.
Spend the day sunning yourself on the beach, swimming in the warm turquoise waters or taking a short cruise along the coast. Some of the best snorkelling and diving can be had off Cape Gkreko, the eastern peninsula national forest park, with its secluded coves and rocky outcrops, impressive cliff top views and sea caves. In the evening dine at one of the many restaurants, especially one of the local ones in Paralimni, or jive to the latest sounds at one of numerous nightclubs.
This area is known collectively as the “Kokkinochoria“, “red soil villages”, because of the rich red earth in which Cyprus’ famous potatoes are grown. Culture lovers can explore the medieval churches found in villages like Sotira or go round the folk art museums displaying rural artefacts in Deryneia and Avgorou.
Cyprus enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate with all year round sunshine. Average Temperatures are winter 15-21 degrees, spring 24-26 degrees and summer 30-40 degrees.

Ayia Napa has something for everyone. Whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday or some quality family time, you won't be disappointed!
There are many bars, restaurants & trendy cocktail bars to try. Nissi Avenue is only a 2 min walk from the property alternatively the square is a 20-25 min walk (5 mins by taxi)

Waterworld Waterpark is only a 5 minute drive/bus ride from the villa and whatever your age you will enjoy this fantastic day out. The bus stop is located 50m from the complex.
Over the years Ayia Napa has developed into a popular holiday resort due to its beautiful crystal clear blue beaches with golden sands and many tourist attractions. Ayia Napa has become popular and is visited by many people from all over the world. It is also very well known for its magnificent night clubs and bars which cater people of any age. This town has much to offer whether you are young or old.

"I cannot express how much we were impressed by the villa and the service received, I have never stayed in a villa before and i booked it for my sister and 4 friends for a hen week and the villa being so well- maintained,clean,spacious,good location it made our holiday so much special.
