Napa Sunrise villa is situated in Ayia Thekla village, near Ayia-Napa. It is very well positioned and has beautiful sea views from the veranda on the first floor. Just behind the villa there is a small supermarket, where you can buy a lot of essentials: water, fresh bread, frozen foods, preserves, drinks, sweets etc. There is also a wide choice of magazines and newspapers from UK. The sea is just opposite the villa, but the coastline is a bit rocky. If you walk about 5 minutes towards the church of Ayia Thekla you will reach a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as watersports. Nissi Beach is about 5 minutes drive. Famous Waterworld waterpark is 3 minutes drive.

On the first floor there is Master bedroom with big double bed and TV, twin-bedded room and main family bathroom with bath and WC. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and access to the veranda with sea views. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also it has fans in the bedrooms and sitting room. All linen and towels are provided, you only require to bring your own towels to use near the pool and on the beach.
