The villa is located 50 meters from the small beach in Agia Thekla village. Main Agia Thekla beach is 5 minutes drive away. Water world, the largest water park in Cyprus is again, only a 5 min drive. Agia Napa is 7-10 minutes drive; the magnificent cliffs of Cape Greco & Konnos Bay beach a mere 15 minutes. The nearby town of Paralimni has two large supermarkets to cater for all of your holiday requirements. There is also a small supermarket in Agia Thekla village. It is a 2 minutes drive from the villa.

Further details indoors: Laria is a lovely holiday home situated in Ayia Thekla. The house is tastefully decorated and you will really feel home away from home here. On the ground floor there is a big open plan living room with satellite TV, DVD player and 2 settees, dining area with table and 6 chairs and kitchen featuring all modern appliances: fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, all cutlery and crockery. One of the bedrooms is located downstairs. It has 2 single beds and small shower enclosure. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds (master bedroom has en-suite shower), main bathroon with bath and WC, and big veranda with table and chairs. You may have your morning coffee or afternoon tea here, enjoying marvellous sea views. Villa is fully airconditioned. Linen & towels are provided. Please bring your own towels to use around the pool & on the beach.
Further details outdoors: There are 8 x 4 meters pool, barbecue, garden table with 6 chairs, parasol & sunbeds.
