Ayia Napa / Nissi Beach area

Situated very centrally in AYia Napa, you are only a few minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants, etc. along Nissi Avenue and the wonderful Nissi Beach area. A very nice area, away from the bars of Ayia Napa, you are not overlooked and have a green area to the side of the property.
You are approx 5 minutes walk from AYia Napa Harbour, and 15 minutes drive will take you to Protaras centre and the fantastic Fig Tree Bay area. Paralimni centre is only 20 minutes drive away and as this area is served by a bus service along Nissi Avenue, a car is not necessary.
