Superb one bedroom apartment, sleeping four persons.The apartment is furnished very well, in a modern style. Penthouse apartment, with fantastic sea views over to Nissi Beach, from the extra large balcony from the apartment.

The apartment is literally 5 minutes walk to the fabulous Nissi Beach, and is ideal for wedding parties at any of the big hotels in the area, or indeed in Gape Greko area. Built in the heart of cosmopolitan Ayia Napa, the Nissi Golden Sands project is a very thoughtfully designed complex for your every possible need.There is a communal pool and a children's pool.

This top floor apartment benefits a 34m² balcony and excellent sea views over to Nissi Beach area - location of apartment is in the Nissi Beach and Adams Beach Hotel area - great location and within walking distance of everything. One of the best locations in Ayia Napa, set in nice residential area and only five mins walk to the glorious sands of Nissi Beach.

The apartment is fitted with lovely furniture and consist of leather sofas incl. sofabeds, plasma TV/DVD player, satellite TV, large bedroom with lovely furniture and direct access to the huge balcony. Luxury bathroom complete with bath, separate walkin-in shower, bidet and WC. Luxury fitted kitchen, with all appliances including toaster, microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cot provided, if required.

The Famagusta region

The charms of Cyprus are many and varied. For a start the weather is sunny and dry for most of the year, and the Mediterranean Sea circling this magical Island is blue, clear and very enticing. Cyprus has lots to offer for tourists. There are various recreation and sports activities available such as sea sports, diving, go-carting and golfing. There are many casinos, and for those of you who prefer the out doors there's bird watching, turtle watching and hiking.

The Ayia Napa area

Situated in the Ayia Napa area of Famagusta, close to Protaras and Paralimni. Climate is wonderful most of the year, dropping to around a very pleasant 60 degrees in winter, making it an ideal winter holiday too.

These apartments are situated in a fabulous location in Ayia Napa, in the popular Nissi Beach area. The waterpark is within 15 minutes walk, Nissi beach is a mere 5 minutes walk, plus there are lots of lovely sandy bays all along the coast. Watersports are readily available in this area and there are plenty of small sandy beaches all along this coast. There are many shops and restaurants and tavernas with easy walking distance and a car is not necessary for these apartment. Nissi Avenue is served by a regular bus service, taking you directly to Ayia Napa centre or near to Ayia Napa Harbour. Also takes you to Protaras and Paralimni.

Do not miss a visit to the gorgeous Ayia Napa monastery.

“lovely clean homely apartment in a great spot with a fab sun terrace” i travelled with my fiancee in October this year for 1 week. We normally go for a hotel but tried an apartment this time and we are very pleased we did. From the moment we booked to actually leaving it was all very smooth anf stress free which is of course what we all want. on Arrival i was really impressed with the size of the living area and bathroom with the seperate shower too. The beds where really comfy always had a great night sleep. The complex is lovely and peaceful with a nice chilled pool area which again was really clean. We walked to Nisi beach within a few minutes and found a great bar and few restaurants on our door step which again was a bonus. You can walk into teh centre where the rest of the night life and restaurants are within 20 mins but its a nice walk along the strip or simply catch a cab there is always so many up and down the strip. We had a fab holiday and would stay at Nissi Golden Sands again - its such a lovely apartment Response: Thanks for the lovely review. These are brilliant apartments, in a superb location. Fantastic sea views, and soon will have views of the proposed new Ayia Napa Marina.

“Very hard to fault, high quality in a perfect position” We had two really good weeks at the apartment. It is exactly as described, in a quiet location just a short walk to Nissi beach and only a couple of hundred yards from the nearest supermarket and restaurant. The fittings in the apartment could not be faulted. A well equipped kitchen, huge fridge, washing machine, probably the most comfortable beds I have had in a holiday let and lots of hanging space etc. The air con works perfectly but as the balcony is so big with sun all day, you hardly need to spend time inside anyway. Negatives? Well, the pool area isn't great but its perfectly adequate and a shower curtain so you could use the shower over the bath rather than the separate shower (which is a bit tight if you are tall/wide) would have been handy. Very minor points though as all in all it was one of the best apartments we have stayed in.....and we would defiantly consider staying there again. Response: Thanks for the great review. “Home from Home” Now let me think...it's hard to keep count of how many times I have been to Cyprus but 10+ easy and it's now becoming hard to count how many times we have stayed at this wonderful apartment, it really is a home from home. When we first started to visit Cyprus I enjoyed staying in busy hotels but as time has moved on there is nothing like enjoying a few home comforts and no maids interupting you during an afternoon nap. For us the location is perfect, you don't get the noise of staying in the centre of Ayia Napa but it's less than a 5 minute drive away so you can still enjoy the lovely restaurants and bars in an evening. A walk into the centre is enjoyable depending on what time of the year you go (August is way to hot and taxis recommended). There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away (which never seems to close) so you can pick up the daily newspaper. Nissi beach is a 5 minute walk away, but I have always found the pool area just as enjoyable and it's 1 minute to the apartment and you have no problems about finding a sun bed. The apartment really is great a real home from home, it has always been extreamly clean and well maintained over the years we have visited and has everything you need. To have a bath and shower is a real bonus. There has always been plenty of clean towels to use and the washing machine is so handy. The balcony is a great size and the perfect place to relax with a book and cool drink throughout the day and into the evening with a glass of wine before heading out. We have never had a problem with the A/C, we have stayed in this apartment in the months of April, May and August and have always managed to keep the apartment nice and cool for when we return after a day at the beach/pool or evening out. I often got asked by my family what was so great about this apartment, sometimes it's hard to put your finger on it as it's many things. I recommended they stay there. they did and now also return year after year. The service we have received during the booking stage and also after care has been faultless. Will we be going again.....yes of course we are already planning next years break. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Response: Thanks for the lovely review.
