The villa is within easy distance of Larnaca airport so that you can be sitting around the pool within an hour of landing there. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac so it is ideal for those wanting just to relax peacefully in the sun. With it's own pool and enclosed garden which includes a lawned area (where our children love to play football!) it is also ideal for those with families. Quiet Ayia Thekla Beach is only a short drive away and the busy popular Nissi Beach at Ayia Napa can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Waterworld water park is just 4 minutes away.

By night, a short trip into Ayia Napa or Protaras will bring you to a huge variety of restaurants and nightlife. Taxis are always available and relatively cheap.

The Famagusta District

Famagusta is in the south eastern corner of the beautiful island of Cyprus. This is the most fertile area of Cyprus and much of the island's food is grown here. The area is renowned for its beautiful golden beaches and includes the world famous beaches of Nissi beach in Ayia Napa and Fig Tree Bay in Protaras.

Ayia Napa / Ayia Thekla area

During the holiday season which runs from Easter through to November, Ayia Napa and Protaras are bustling holiday centres, with masses of nightlife and restaurants to cater for every taste. Excursions can be taken by coach into the Troudos mountains or by boat around coast. Water sports are catered for on almost every beach from parascending to speedboats to pedalos - whatever you want! You can go scuba diving or horse riding within a short drive.

This area is also known for those wanting a walking holiday. For those who like the rocky terrain they will love the area around Cape Greko.

How to get there

The Villa is just 30 minutes by car from Larnaca Airport and approximately 2 kilometers from Ayia Napa. Car rental, we have found, is cheaper booked through easycar.com online. They use Europcar as their agent at Larnaca Airport

The villa has an air-conditioned open plan living area with sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), coffee table, TV and CD/DVD player , dining table and chairs and a well equipped kitchen which incorporates a washing machine and fridge freezer. There is also a downstairs toilet. Large patio doors lead out onto the terrace and pool area.

Up the marble staircase can be found two double bedrooms. Both have built-in wardrobes. Patio doors lead out onto a first floor veranda from both bedrooms and have views to the sea. There is also a family bathroom. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Further details outdoors:
Pool loungers and umbrella are provided as well as a barbecue. The garden is well planted and there is a lawned area. For outside eating, there is a large patio table and six chairs.

Welcome pack including tea, coffee.milk, sugar, bread, butter,jam, orange juice and toilet rolls can be provided at an extra charge of £15 (sterling).

Conditions

A £150 deposit is required upon booking and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to commencement of rental period.
