Ideal for peace and quiet situated only a few minutes from Ayia Thekla beach and Nissi Beach by car and only approximately a 5minute journey in to the centre of Ayia Napa... Great outdoor space so ideal for kids and the pool is extra large... Plus there is shaded areas and un-shaded areas to suit all needs. Although a car is needed, there is bus services that run to and from Ayia Napa but car hire is very low cost and we can provide you with reliable companies with good rates.
The villa is on the same road as Nissi beach which leads in to the heart of Ayia Napa, so you cant get lost at all... and can enjoy both the quietness and the liveliness.

The Famagusta District
A country ideal for those sun kissed sun tans, with beautifully hot sunny days... Cyprus is known as the island of love and boast so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unraveled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never seas to amaze. The traditional language is Cypriot although most people speak English as well. If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. They sit and watch the world go by and you won’t be able to stop and look in amazement...
Ayia Napa area
Ayia Napa is a lovely area, although named as clubbers paradise by the press this village has many qualities to offer families, couples and older clienteles. In winter many of the clubs change combine English music with Greek music giving anyone the opportunity to learn more and more about the culture and the dancing... which is similar to English.
In addition, there are beautiful harbor areas with many coffee shops and restaurants along with many shops to keep you busy. Plus there are beautiful sandy beaches all the way along to explore.
Of a night time there are many restaurants for romantic evenings out and the food is international as well as Greek cuisine. A must try is 'Los Bandidos' a Mexican restaurant... arrreeebaaa in to the night with great food and settings as well...
Plus there is a variety of bars and clubs with a mixture of music and there is something for everyone... from rock, pop and Elvis...
How to get there
There are two main airports in Cyprus, Paphos and Larnaca. When you book flights Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa.

Fly monarch have summer sales now for next years tickets, there are tickets for under 100pounds... Euro Cyp holidays are a company based in London, they are also good for flights and the number is 0208 802 7255 . Also try, pricerightflights.com as people have been getting tickets for really good rates...
It can sometimes work out more cost effective (if flying from UK) to fly from Heathrow and the flights are scheduled so you are less likely to get delays to ruin your holidays... Plus book in advance, if possible before the end of the year, the tickets are much cheaper.

Further details indoors: As you enter the villa, you automatically sense the privacy from the wooden fences that surround the villa all round. When you enter the front door the furniture is modern and comfortable, with sofas and coffee tables with homely touches, a television with DVD player with blinds throughout so that you can alter it to watch TV at any time of day. The kitchen is spacious and set aside from the living room with the dining area overlooking the pool area. There is a downstairs quest toilet and shower room with air conditioning / heating units.
Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes and air conditioning / heating units. Two rooms consist of double beds, bedside tables and the third room has two single beds and bedside tables. Each room has a mirror and from one of the double rooms there is access to the balcony overlooking the pool area.
There is also a main bathroom upstairs with bath and shower combined.
Further details outdoors: Outside, there is so much space, going all the way around, with a pergoda on one side for shade and a covered verander as well. The space goes all the way around the villa and is secured at the front with gates. There is also a private drive way. The pool is larger than most and there is an outside shower as well.
In addition, there are 6 sunbeds, two side tables and a large table and 6 chairs...
Conditions
30% required upon booking and then nothing until four weeks before you arrive. Smokers are welcome but no smoking is permited inside the villa
