About the home

So here is your new holiday home. :)

The garden area is spacious, with BBQ area, sunbathing area, private pool and dining area. The pool is maintained twice weekly and has built in Roman steps and is of a large size. The villa has grass areas for comfort and stamped concrete around the pool area. The pool area has the sun throughout the majority of the day so you can move around to enjoy the beaming sun.

YOUR STRESS FREE HOLIDAY - Our management team offer you 24hours assistance should you need it, we can arrange everything from transfers to boat trips. We can assist in infant cots, high chairs and other items as well as meet and greet services 24hours a day... The pool is maintained twice weekly so you have a sparkling clean pool.

Walk in to harmony as you enter this villa... With tasteful furnishings and homely touches, along with calming colours the villa creates an atmosphere of its own...

The kitchen area is separated from the living room area slightly and the dining table comfortably seats 6 people and is extendible. Downstairs there is guest toilet and moving in to the living room area... The sofas are a beige colour, comfortable and arranged so that no body is left out of the conversation. There is a television and DVD, plus satellite television for entertainment and side lights to create the romantic atmosphere. In addition, there is a large selection of books and magazines as well...

Upstairs there are three lovely sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes and air conditioning and heating units in each room. The master bedroom has a double bed, mirror, two bedside tables and a reading lamp, along with a smaller balcony as well... for the quiet moments. The other two bedrooms can either be two single beds with a bedside table and lamp in each room or designed so that they make double beds (bigger) in each room. The beds when pushed together are fixed at the base so they do not move and there isn’t the annoying gap in the middle either...

In the master bathroom there is a lot of space, there is a main bath with shower combined and also a shower unit as well... so lots of space...

6 sun beds, a large table and chairs, umbrella, grass area, patio area and a very large inviting swimming pool.... Everything you want from one very nice property... there is also a BBQ if needed. The villa is private with fencing and an established garden area along with grass area for the children to play. Plus there is a private drive way as well.

The Famagusta region

Famaguta is the Islands most popular tourist area providing the finest Blue Flag Beaches on the Island-the most popular being Agia Napa- Nisssi Beach and Fig Tree Bay in Protaras and some of the best weather too!
Genarally the weather through most of the year is fantastic but this part of the Island being well away from the mountains is virtually cloudless through out the summer.
Apart from the larger beaches there are scores of smaller beaches and no shortage of other activities and entertainments. Cyprus of course has many historic and cultrul sites,beautiful villages and mountainos area high enough to provide sking in winter.

The Ayia Napa area

Potamous well known fishing harbour- popular with the cypriots in the summer. Ayia Thekla is close to all the facilites of Agia Napa and Protaras but being on the Larnaca side of Agia Napa it is very convenient for the Airport and for visiting other parts of the Island such as the Trudos or Nicosia.
There is a small convenience store with in walking distance of the villa and a market every Wednesday and larger supermarkets on the road to Agia Napa.
Just two minutes down the road to Agia Napa you will come to Waterworld which is the largest waterpark in Cyprus and shortly after this Nissi Beach.
Agia Napa is said that it never sleeps with Karaoke bars and clubs around the square and down near the shore the Luna Park Funfair.But apart from this it has important historic sites such as the beautiful monatrey,museums and the popular harbour and restaurant area. The harbour is also the base for local boat trips like the Black Peurl.

Just beyond Agia Napa is the scenic consevation area of Cape Greco with its famous Sea Caver popular with divers and the pictureque beach of Konos Bay.

Beyond this you are in Protaras which is another lively tourist area with golden sandy Blue Flag Beach and a wide choise of bars and resturants bowling and clubs to mention just a few.

Apart from the tourist restarunts ther are plenty of very good local tavernas within a short drive from the villa which serve the best local food and are open throught the year at Potamos,Liopetri, Soltira,Paralimni,Pernera, kapparis and Protaras.

Of a night time there are many restaurants for romantic evenings out and the food is international as well as Greek cuisine. A must try is 'Los Bandidos' a Mexican restaurant... arrreeebaaa in to the night with great food and settings as well...

Plus there is a variety of bars and clubs with a mixture of music and there is something for everyone... from rock, pop and Elvis...

Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa being just a 35 minute drive along the motorway,with Paphos around 120 minutes.
Driving is on the left and the roads are not very busy which makes hiring a car a great way to explore this fantastic island.
