The apartment in la casa di napa, ayia napa, is ideally situated for a lively holiday if you wish , or for those who want to relax it is also far enough away from the nightlife. the apartment benefits from a large communal pool,with a shallow end which is ideal for children, the well equipped kitchen, goes into the living area, which leads out onto the large patio,which is furnished with a table and four chairs if you wish to dine al fresco. plus 2 sun loungers. their is one bedroom with twin beds. and a sofa bed in the living room.ideal for couples or small children. the resort has plenty to do for all the family, from watersports to just sun bathing on the sandy beaches. to the water park. fun fair. crazy golf. or just cycling or walking along the coastline or inland/

The Famagusta District
The area around famagusts. is ideal to explore in a hire car, driving round the quiet roads and into the sleepy villages. through olive, and orange trees. and through agricultural area where the red villages are,named after the red fertile soil ideal for growing their cyprus potatoes; their are cycle routes and plenty of walks along the nature trails. cape greco has beautiful views, as well as lovely walks. plenty of sea cruises for the day. stopping to swim in the sea along the secluded coves
Ayia Napa area
Ayia napa is still to the locals a village. small and compact it is easy to get around. the harbour is ideal for lazy time sat at the restaurants looking at the boats. or if you choose you can go on the many different day cruises from deep sea fishing to a trip on the yellow submarine, to a trip for swimming and sunbathing. ayia napa has a large fun park, with numerous rides. waterworld is another great day out with a full days entertainment for all the family. there is a lovely old monastery in the centre of ayia napa. with out door craftsmarkets nearby selling there produce every evening. numerous restaurants of every nationality to sample as well as local cyprus cuisine. cycle and car hire available if you wish to explore further afield. many festivals throughout the year

Apartment key will be let with our agents in a key safe on day of arrival. if want a mid let change of sheets and towels. arrange with ourselves before departure and we will arrange this service to be done at an extra cost. on day of departure, please vacate the property by 12 noon, so the apartment can be cleaned,for the next guests arrival, key to be left in the key safe safety deposit box in the apartment for your valuables
A refundable deposit by cheque is required for £100 to cover any damage that may occur at the property durilng your stay, it must be paid by separate cheque at the time the final balance is due., and if no damage has occured during your holiday after an inspection then it will be refunded in full.
if more than 2 people booking the apartment, there will be and extra charge of £25 on the weekly booking price.
