This is the most exclusive area on the island with the resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras close by and the beautiful coves and beaches which. are dotted in between Cypr us is known as the island of love being the birthplace of aphrodite tje greek goddess of loveThe climate is wonderful there are over 350 days of sunshine a yeat there is plenty to see and do the area is caters for holiday makers so is ideal for families and young people alike.

Ayia Thekla is the nearest beach and has market there every wednesday there is a supermarket and restaurant and car parking the water park is situated here and provides a whole days entertainment for all the family

How to get there

By air to Larnaca airport it is then 20 mins by taxi approx 30 cyp or car hire at Larnaca airport.If you call and book it is sometimes possible to arrange for you to be collected at the airport and taken direct to the properties.There are two beachfront villas next door to each other if two fammilies wanted to be together but have their own space.They are located next to a small fishing port where fresh fish can be purchased every day and has two excellent beachfront fish restaurants all amminities are close by in the town of ayia napa which is 5 mins by car or taxi.The water park is also only 5 minutes drive

These are three bedroom villas on a beautiful beachfront development in a residential village close to a really pretty fishing port about 5 minutes fromthe main tourist town of ayia napa.The water park is also only 5 mins away which is a major family attraction for this area.The fishing port is in a small inlet adjacent to the development and has two excellent fish restaurants it is also possible to buy your own fresh fish there on a daily basis at 10 o clock.There is a large communal swimming pool 14m x 6m and terraces to the front and rear as well as a first floor balcony each villa has its own parking space.The beach is 50 m walk and streaches all the way along the coast to ayia napa the beach of ayia thekla is just a short walk along the beachfront and has a market there every wednesday thriughout the season selling fresh vegetables amongst other things.The supermarket is located there also.The villas are really pretty and have wooden gazebo thype features and stone clad arches and chimney ther is an open fireplace but this would only be needed in off seson but provides a nice feature.The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite worktops.There are rock pools close by for paddling and on the other side of the inlet a beautiful sandy beach with palm trees.

The rental varies according to the season but as a guide the peak season is £1000 per week and adjusts accordingly between november and may.We require references and passport details a welcome pack can be arranged for your arrival with a few basics if you arrive on a late flight for instance.Payment is taken prior to booking and upon hand back an inspection will be made, any damage will be invoiced after so it is in your interest to tke care of the property.We can arrange a beach buggy which is a two seater for journeys to town shop etc but if you require a people carrier then we can reccomend a hire company that will meet you at the airport
