Fully equipped with all appliances, LCD TV and DVD player, 80 Sq M sun terrace with gas barbecue and patio heater, dining table with 4 chairs, terrace furniture (table, 2 cushioned chairs and sofa) and 2 sun beds.
The apartment includes linen and towels which are changed weekly for extended bookings.

The Famagusta District
The beaches around Famagusta are perhaps the finest on the island of Cyprus. Famagusta is the main city on the east coast of Cyprus and capital of the District. It lies in a bay between Capes Greco and Eloea, east of Nicosia, and possesses the deepest harbour in the island. To the north of Famagusta are the impressive ruins of Salamis. This once great city is believed to have been founded in the 11th century BC.

How to get there
The Nissi Bay area is a 40 minute drive from Larnaca Airport.
The apartment is opposite The Nissi Beach Hotel on Nissi Avenue 15 minutes walking from the shops, bars and clubs of Ayia Napa.
Monarch and First Choice operate low fare flights to the island. Car hire is available from the airport or transfers can be arranged (payable locally).

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. Deposit of £100 required to confirm booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking. There is a lift in the apartment building.
