About the home

The apartment is on the top floor of a stunning new development less than 5minutes walking from the beautiful Nissi beach and 15 minutes walk from the restaurants, bars and clubs of central Ayia Napa.

The apartment sleeps 4 and suits families and couples. It is on the second floor (top) and benefits from a lift and large shared swimming pool.

Fully equipped with all appliances, LCD TV and DVD player, 80 Sq M sun terrace with gas barbecue and patio heater, dining table with 4 chairs, terrace furniture (table, 2 cushioned chairs and sofa) and 2 sun beds.

The apartment includes linen and towels which are changed weekly for extended bookings.

Airport transfers are also available (paid for locally).

The Famagusta region

The beaches around Famagusta are perhaps the finest on the island of Cyprus. Famagusta is the main city on the east coast of Cyprus and capital of the District. It lies in a bay between Capes Greco and Eloea, east of Nicosia, and possesses the deepest harbour in the island. To the north of Famagusta are the impressive ruins of Salamis. This once great city is believed to have been founded in the 11th century BC.

The Nissi Bay area is a 40 minute drive from Larnaca Airport.

The apartment is opposite The Nissi Beach Hotel on Nissi Avenue 15 minutes walking from the shops, bars and clubs of Ayia Napa.

Monarch and First Choice operate low fare flights to the island. Car hire is available from the airport or transfers can be arranged (payable locally).
