The Famagusta District
Ayia-Napa is located on the East coast of Cyprus where the best beaches on the island are located. Cyprus has 340 days a year of sushine and temperatures in the July/August months can be as high as 45 degrees.
From Ayia-Napa places such as Larnaca are a 45 minute drive from the villa and further afield places such as Limasol and Paphos are between one and a half to two hour drive away from the villa.
The North of Cyprus is know very accessible and the border crossing of Vrysoulles is a 20 minute drive from the villa places such as Kyrenia and the pictureque harbour are well worth a visit.
Ayia Napa / Kokines area
The Kokines area of Ayia-Napa is approx 5 minutes drive from the centre of Ayia-Napa and its beautiful beaches. The water park one of the largest in Europe is located a 10 minute drive from the villa. The lively resort of Protaras is a 10 minute drive from the villa.
The quaint working town of Paralimni is a 5 minute drive from the property and is well worth a visit. The beautiful churches and the cosmopolitan shopping area of Paralimni gives you plenty to see and do.
This is a fabulous area to visit and popular with every age group with plenty to see and do.

To the upstairs you will also find the family bathroom which is very spacious and well equipped ideal for family living.This villa is unique afor anybody looking for 6* accommodation in a 6*setting
Further details outdoors: The villa stands in a 900 square metre plot and in a quiet location.The outside of the property is in lawned gardens and it is here you will find the large private outdoor pool with plenty of sunloungers to laze your days away in the Cypriot sunshine.
There is a long driveway to the property accomadating up to 4 cars.To the rear of the property you will find a large outside kitchen area with bbq ideal way to spend those long summer evenings.
