The apartment is spacious and has been fitted to the highest standards. Located on the middle floor it boasts a very large veranda, stretching the width of the apartment, where you can enjoy eating outside or just relaxing in the Cyprus sunshine. Indoors it has 2 double bedrooms one of which has patio doors opening onto the veranda, and a private bathroom with shower/bath. The second bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room with toilet and hand-basin. Both bedrooms have extensive fitted wardrobes, 2 single beds ( which can be put side-by-side to form a double) and air-conditioning. The large air-conditioned open-plan lounge has patio doors opening onto the veranda at one end and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining area at the other. One of the soft Italian leather sofas converts to a double bed and there is satellite TV with a 37 inch flat screen and a DVD player for your enjoyment. Luxury outdoor seating is provided for breakfasting in the morning sunshine or enjoying a quiet drink in the evening. Comfortable sun-beds are available for sun-worshippers.

The Famagusta District
Famagusta is a district of eastern Cyprus where the tourist centres of Ayia Napa, Protoras, Pernera, and more are located. Not surprising really, as this is where you also find the best beaches in Cyprus. In the winter the area is popular with people enjoying coastal walks or delighting in the winter sunshine. The summers are long and the winters mild, and as well as the beaches there is plenty of history and Greek mythology to investigate and explore.
Ayia Napa / Nissi Beach area
Nissi Beach is just 3km west of Ayia Napa. The world famous beach has been awarded a blue flag, as have many of the beaches in the Ayia Napa area. The beach has fine white sand and crystal clear waters and amenities include water sports, restaurants, sun-beds and public facilities. It is truly a stunning beach and less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk to the Nissi Beach Hotel and Adams Hotel, both of which are very popular for weddings. This makes staying at the apartment ideal for families of the bride and groom. Close by there are also a number of shops for your convenience including a supermarket and a bakery and also a selection of small bars and restaurants. The harbour at Ayia Napa is also within walking distance and has it's own beautiful beach with all facilities. Boat trips can be taken from here and some of the best fish restaurants are nestled on the harbour overlooking the small, colourful, local fishing fleets. Nearby is the famous Ayia Napa Water Park. The park has a Greek theme with columns and statues, and is packed with slides and water attractions for all ages. It is well worth spending a whole day here and you can enjoy the sun whilst the kids enjoy the attractions. If walking, or cycling are your passion, take a trip to Cape Greko, which is just outside of Ayia Napa on the way to Protoras. This is a National Park area where you can enjoy a picnic in unspoilt surroundings bordering the coastline. Cycles are readily available for hire at Ayia Napa or Nissi Beach. Hire a car and explore Cape Greko, drive along the coast stopping at the numerous unspoilt beaches on the way. Take a ride to Liopetri with its quaint fishing harbour or stop for lunch in the square at Paralimni and visit its impressive church. Driving is easy with good roads, and clear direction signs.

A refundable damages/breakage's deposit of £200 per booking is required.
