About the home

This large fully equipped villa provides you with all the home comforts needed for a enjoyable and memorable stay. The upstairs bedrooms and balcony offer great seaviews, whislt enjoying the early morning sun.
A large private pool can be found in the garden with outside shower, great bar-b-que facility, and large patio. This area is ideal for all occassions and all ages, why go out?
If you do decide to venture out, the famous water park and the peaceful ayia thekla beach are within easy walking distance. There is a supermarket and cafe/bar within 500mtrs of the Villa. Ayia napia, with its thriving nightlife for all ages is just a short drive away.

This home from home provides one twin, and two double bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a downstairs shower room. Upstairs, a balcony with seaviews is a great place to enjoy early morning sunshine, or a late night drink. Tv, dvd player, stereo,open plan living area. We also leave business cards for ideas on places to eat and taxi companies to get the best possible quality and value.

An extra large garden with private pool enjoying all day sunshine makes for a great way to relax and unwind simply cook on the famous cyprus bar-b-que and dine out al fresco style.

Pets are not permitted.
25% deposit is required 6 weeks prior to departure.
A breakage/damage deposit is required, returned no later than 2 wks after departure, providing we receive a satisfactory inspection report locally.

The Famagusta region

The famagusta district of Cyprus is one of the most beautiful parts of this sunny island. It is steeped in history, both ancient and more modern with many places locally of great interest. It is also a very friendly and safe place to visit .
The area offers some of the best beaches and places to eat and a must is the traditional mezie found at restaurants in the local villages.

The Ayia Napa / Ayia Thekla area

Ayia Thekla has a beautiful beach just minutes walk from the villa. A short way down the road is the famous water park, a whole day can be spent here and is great value for money. Next door is an outdoor karting track, and about 6km down the road is Ayia Napa, where entertainment for all ages can be found, from watersports, to boat trips, to traditional taverns, and world famous nightclubs. Something for everyone.
